"We had not appreciated that the shower was cited in the bath my wife has mobility problems and could not get in the bath."
The water pressure upstairs was very weak so washing particularly her hair was a no go. On first entering the Sykes site we had indicated my wife's mobility problem,

"Great holiday home, very modern, clean and comfy, had everything we needed and more."
Just a very short walk to Tesco and Leisure Centre short drive into Bournemouth. Lovely quiet location and property owner just a phone call away if needed, lots of information and very easy key collection. Really enjoyed our stay thank you, to be recommended.

"The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean."
It is situated in a very quiet district and there is easy access to surrounding areas by car or by bus. We were very pleased with our choice of property for our stay and we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for holiday accommodation.

"This was our first visit to Bournemouth since our honeymoon 49 years ago and we enjoyed every minute of our stay."
The house was exactly as expected with the bonus of the use of the garage so we were able to keep our car safe thank you. The house was very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay including a brilliant washer dryer which I used a couple of times. The only down side was the lounge suite was a bit uncomfortable it would have been better if the seat backs were higher for support but it didnt spoil things. It was great that we had a nice big garden to chill out in and wasnt overlooked so really quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket is easy to get to so no worries finding provisions. It was great that the buses were easy to find and really frequent so no need to drive everywhere and we could use our bus passes. I would definatly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday near the sea.

"The chairs and sofa felt really comfortable at first but were very uncomfortable after a while."
Our backs were in agony so much that we cut our holiday short.
Thank you for your feedback, we haven't heard from anyone else that furnishings were uncomfortable. However, improvements are being made for 2022. New this year a locked space for bicycles and installation of WIFI. Property Owner
