"Fantastic view from the apartment, probably the best location we have ever stayed in."
Lovely and peaceful, everything you need is provided and you can sit for hours just watching the world go by. Stairs up to the apartment might not be suitable for everyone. Blinds are thin so for a light sleeper could be an issue as the outside light keeps flashing on and off constantly. We really loved our stay and will be back.
-
"Lovely apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend it."
Note neither bedroom faces the sea but there's an amazing view from the lounge and kitchen. We found the bedrooms quiet and comfortable (it was cool enough when we were there to have the windows closed at night). The staircase is slightly tricky for people with impaired mobility.

"Just a couple of small points - A fan would be great for the bedroom."
The lounge window, the left one, is out of its housing so can’t be used and lets noise in. The blinds are very thin for bedrooms and could be upgraded to black out style as the twin bedroom gets the security light shining in several times a night which is tricky with children. We would most definitely stay again it’s a lovely apartment and had virtually everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Have already passed details on to 2 other families. Gorgeous views, recliners are great. Beds are comfortable. Great easy base close to everything. Recommended.

"We really liked apartment 3 and enjoyed our stay."
Lovely views/ very quiet/great parking (!!!). However, we were very concerned about the lack of a 2nd bannister for the stairs. i had real problems climbing the stairs as the only bannister was attached to the central post so it was very hard holding on when going up the stairs. I was afraid of falling. in addition, the night flashing light in the downstairs inner patio continued to be a nuisance. i believe it's relating to the washing line which moves with the slightest breeze and activates the sensor . it is very disruptive when trying to sleep as the bedroom blinds are not big enough to shield the flashing light completely. Anyway, we spoke to the owner's wife and she has assured us that our concerns will be dealt with. on that basis , we have booked apartment 3 for September 24. Despite the above, we had a lovely time and the apartment itself suited us well.

"The flat was everything as stated, we loved it, such a breathtaking beautiful view, close enough to town to walk into, quite a stunning location."
-
"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment - what a view!"
Even during storm Ciaran the sea was spectacular! We were comfortable and warm- everything worked well. Close enough to walk into town and very close to the bird reserve. Thank you!
-
"This was our 4th visit and next year's is already booked."
The flat has possibly the best view in Weymouth.
-
"Loved the property but did have a few issues."
Two of the large windows don't open, we called the agent who said it was for safety reasons however, this was on the advert. For a property of this price and calibre a couple of lamps in the sitting room would be expected and a shower in the main bathroom. Only 1 and a half loo rolls in my opinion is unsatisfactory and no foil or kitchen roll either. Almost unheard of these days! The general cleanliness of the place wasn't great, adequate however. There was also a large bag of clean bedding in the wardrobe. A lovely flat just needs some attention to detail for a positive customer experience.

"Love the property and already booked in for next year!"
-
"We were so pleased to see that there was a new mattress in main bedroom."
It was badly needed as many people had mentioned this in the book at the property. There was a window in lounge that wouldn’t stay up and kept closing. Apart from that we enjoyed every moment in your lovely apartment. We have been many times before and plan to stay again next year.
-
"Lounge window doesn’t stay up could be uncomfortable in a hot summer Hot tap in bathroom 1 doesn’t turn off without really using your strength to make it stop running."
Must be wasting hot water.
-
"Lovely view and parking."
Could do with tv in bedroom which most apartments have these days but the apartment as everything you need on the down side main bed very uncomfortable definitely needs a new mattress
-
"Had a lovely time, tried to book the flat for same time next year but its already booked, have booked one above."
I have a special needs son and he does not like change and we have stayed in flat 3 for about 10 years and he is very comfortable in there hope he will be ok with the extra stairs and hope he settles in ok.

"We had an absolutely lovely holiday and will definitely be back."
Beautiful views and everything you could want and need in accomodation. The only downside for us was the rude and inconsiderate neighbors above who thought it was acceptable to stamp about and let their children run about till the early hours of the morning meaning it was impossible to sit and relax at night when we wanted to sit quiet and listen to the sea. We have children ourselves so understand there will be some noise but for it to be constant and until the early hours is just inconsiderate for everyone else.

"We really enjoyed our stay."
Plenty of comfortable recliner seats looking out over the stony beach, listening to the waves. A very spacious dining/living room with a lovely dining table, a spacious en-suite master bedroom, a small but functional kitchen and a small twin room. Located about halfway between Weymouth town centre and Bowley's Cove, so a pleasant 20-30 minute walk in either direction towards plenty of attractions for the kids and nice sandy beaches, as well as plenty of nice places to eat. Overall very happy with the stay. Only one negative, the single beds were a bit too soft.
-
"Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views."
The cleaning was below par I’m afraid - the fridge in particular was disgusting. It would help to have a more accurate list of what the apartment contains - it doesn’t mention having an iron, ironing board & hairdryer - and this would save people taking them. It should also mention there is a microwave oven too. The windows were hard to open too, which given we had hot weather, proved tricky. But all in all it was a lovely week, with just a 20 minute walk into Weymouth.
-
"Well appointed, clean flat with quality improvements."
Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms clean and modern. Sea view awesome. You really need to mention in the description that the final entry stars are steep and not suitable for mobility impaired. An additional stair rail here would be good. Overall a great stay. Just those stairs were a problem.
-
"Absolutely lovely apartment, fantastic location and just what we needed."
Switched off, opened the window and listened to the sea. Thanks for having us.
-
"CLEANER - Needs to clean under furniture even the coffee table had rubbish under it !"
Mattresses EXTREMELY soft and need replacing Stairs are NO good for elderly customers Father fell on them on the first day and hurt himself badly. Linen and towels EXCELLENT ! Remember this is a HOLIDAY I am NOT going to do a cleaners job that is their job I am disgusted that you even asked - This would NEVER happen in Cornwall - Dorset has a long way to go to match the Cornish standards
-
"Had a beautiful week at Beachview apartments with my husband and 3 children."
Can’t fault it. Lovely and clean and a gorgeous view. Swam everyday. It wasn’t half term for everyone so was very quiet. Will definitely return. Thank you.
-
"Although your description of flat states first floor, you should mention that there are 14 steep steps to access it."
Not ideal for anyone who will have problem with this. Generally other comments made by previous guests have not been dealt with Ii.e beds, toilet flush etc. Apartment really looking tired although view from lounge window is great.
-
"Lovely place."
Would be nice to have access too use the garden. Also second toilet has a problem flushing but fabulous place
-
"Having stayed the previous October with no issues, this time we both suffered with bad backs due to the bed in the main bedroom no longer being comfortable."
If this is the same mattress from the beginning 2012 then we strongly recommend its changed for peoples comfort, if it has been changed it needs to be of a better quality. A plumber was sorting one of the toilets out due to not flushing properly, the flushing isn't brilliant in either bathroom but that was the same last year, there's a possible leak behind the main bathroom toilet. Regards, Mr & Mrs Deeley

"We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Beach View apartment 3, it was like home from home, very comfortable, it had everything we needed and more, thank you."
-
"A very nice flat with spectacular sea views and ideally situated for the beach Excellent accommodation and generally very good fittings."
As previously commented bedroom blinds are wholly inadequate and we had to improvise black out blinds. WC flush in en-suite not reliable. Garage unsuitable for anything other than a small car so effectively only parking for one car off road.
-
"Some people would like black out blinds or heavy curtains in the bedrooms."
We use black out masks so not a problem. We noticed dinner plates were very large and a bit too big for the dishwasher. Would have been good in the write up if it had stated there were hairdryers at the property as we took ours. Would have been good to have a rubber mat in the bath as elderly person with us was worried about slipping but we will take our own next time, not a problem at all to do that. The sea view is outstanding we watched the sun rise most mornings. We loved the decor and the period style of the apartment. The shower in ensuite was wonderful and powerful and the hot water was in abundance. Some people might like a screen or shower curtain in the bathroom. The apartment for us was wonderful and so good that we have booked again already. We can't wait for next time!
-
"Only problem was with the key box."
We found it really difficult to access the keys when we arrived, took about 10 minutes. It was so difficult that we did not use the box while we were there, we just took the keys with us when we went out. The apartment was like a home from home very comfortable.
-
"You 'met expectations' rather than 'exceeded expectations' only because we have been booking with you for more than ten years and already have high expectations of the standard of service you reliably provide."
There is no pre-holiday stress and it feels like coming home whenever we arrive. This makes the holiday seem even longer! Thank you again.
-
"The views from the apartment were breathtaking, very good location."
Would wholeheartedly recommend beach view apartment 3 .
-
"It would have been helpful to have a second set of keys."
It would be useful to have a clotheshorse/airer for bits of clothes that can’t be tumble dried. Fabulous property easy to stroll up into town. Major factor for choosing is having a designated car parking space.
-
"The toilet in onsweat needs to be looked at does not flush well"
-
"Softest beds on earth."
Difficult to please everyone as people's preferences differ but as firm bed owners these mattresses made a difficult nights sleep all round. If they were replaced on next purchase with medium firmness it would suit more customers.
-

"We took our family here for 1 week in July 2014."
Easy to book online and the information provided relating to location and access was clear and accurate. The spacious apartment was spotless and had amazing views over The whole of Weymouth bay. A great centre for exploring the area in a quieter part of Weymouth but not too far out to walk into the centre or use the Brewer's Fayre and Sealife centre just behind the apartments.
