"Had a lovely stay at Overcome Mill."
The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the garden and appreciated the biscuits on our arrival and for us humans, the welcome treats were a nice touch. Overcome Mill is ideally situated for many places to visit, the water gardens were a particularly lovely find.

"We had an accident that led to some slight damage, against which we had separate insurance."
Owners/Sykes immediately extracted £350 ‘housekeeping bond’ and have failed to move on any repairs for the last 7 weeks, leaving me unable to make any insurance claim and out of pocket. I don’t know how long this will go on and haven’t been provided with any timelines.

"I cannot fault this holiday."
We were blown away with how stunning the accommodation is and how thoughtfully designed and laid out it is. My 13 year old westie was so chilled and at home there. The facilities are superb, the kitchen is really great to use in the spacey kitchen/dining/living area. Three toilets make for no arguments
Wow, thank you very much for your review, so pleased you loved your stay Donna and hope that you choose to return again very soon, all the best Helen and the team Property Owner

"What an amazing place, we had a lovely holiday with our daughter her partner and 2 year old grandson who loved looking at the horses in the stables and fields every day from the garden."
Will definitely be back.

"Had a great stay."
Very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable beds. It is a good location to get to local interesting places. Well fenced garden for our dog. Slight maintenance issue with shower seals leaking. And the fridge makes weird “mooing” noises !!! Which irritates a little in the evening when in the lounge area - but nothing that bothered us overmuch. Great break and we will return, thanks Terry and Jane
Dear Mr T B, Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to provide feedback on your stay, its wonderful to hear your positive experience staying in Overcombe Mill and are so pleased you enjoyed it. Comfortable beds are very important to us so thank you for confirming. We've re-sealed the shower thank you for letting us know, and listened for the mooing noise and sadly haven't heard anything it may need a full fridge for the cooler to need to work hard and moo into action! We look forward to welcoming you to one of our cottages again very soon, all the best Helen and the team Property Owner
