"We were unable to make the front door key code work."
On our arrival a resident let us in. After that we took the key with us. Otherwise there were only a couple of minor things; I couldn't find a dish which was definitely ok for microwave use. None of them were marked as suitable. Also couldn't fill bathroom washbasins with water as unable to move the plug. Apart from the 2 minor niggles it was a very comfortable stay and such a convenient position .The Tesco Express and the paper shop couldn't have been nearer. We also loved having a bus stop so close.
Thank you very much for your feedback - all the crockery/dishes should be ok in the microwave - I didn't realise they weren't marked as such. The washbasins have a rather odd design - you have to unscrew the plugs that are there and then use the plastic plug that can be found in the draw underneath the sink. We'll get a note added to the instructions. I am glad you enjoyed your stay apart from these things - and we hope you get the chance to come back again. Property Owner

"Superb accommodation with great finishes and well equipped throughout."
Excellent location and convenient for groceries with Tesco Express 20 seconds from the accommodation. Outdoor seating area an added bonus and touches such as fans and entertainment options on the tv were appreciated. The hinges on the door to the accommodation need oiling as they squeaked loudly every time it was opened. Overall a fantastic stay and would return to the same accommodation.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We will attend to the squeaky door! We hope you get the chance to come back again. Property Owner
