"Hi. We really enjoyed our stay in Weymouth."
Cove Street Cottage was in an excellent location for us, pubs, cafe's and a local shop right on the doorstep and just a short walk from the town and sea front. Being so close to the harbour was a delight, watching the boats passing by was one of our favourite bits. The only downside was the cottage was very warm especially the main bedroom at the top of the house. we found it very difficult to sleep at night. it would have been helpful if a couple of fans had been available to cool it down a bit. Other than that, the house was well maintained and fully equipped with all we needed. Thank you for the stay.
Many thanks for your feedback and we're pleased you enjoyed your stay. We'll add a couple of fans for the top room as per your recommendation. Property Owner

"From the moment I stepped into Cove Street Cottage I was impressed."
On inspection I could find no fault whatsoever. Absolutely every need was catered for , from appliances to utensils. Cove Street Cottage is by far the best holiday accommodation I have stayed in. I would 100% recommend and my family and I (including 5 month old granddaughter) will certainly be returning
Wow what a review! We are so pleased you enjoyed Cove Street Cottage as much as we do. Thank you very much and look forward to welcoming you back. Property Owner

"Loved the location of the property, it was great being so close to Brewers Quay."
The property was very comfortable with all the features we like. The only issue we had was that the property we believed hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and also the fridge freezer had been left turned off so we couldn't use straight away (more annoying was the fridge has an audible alarm to let you know it's not cold and this sounded for an hour before it fell silent) I raised these issues with the rental management company (Dreams cottages) on the Monday and they offered to get cleaner round on Tuesday. We declined as we had already cleaned all the floors and hoovered by then. As for the fridge they were baffled why tge fridge is fully booked and no need to have turned off. But all in all a great property and would definitely recommend
Many thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry the property hadn't been cleaned to your satisfaction. I have been back to Dream cottages and they assured me it was cleaned, however clearly not to the standard we'd expect. This is obviously unacceptable and Dream Cottages have taken responsibility and assure me it will not happen again. I also can't understand why the fridge would have been turned off and again can only apologise. I'm glad you enjoyed the property despite this and hope you had a wonderful holiday. Property Owner

"Don’t be put off by the outside."
The quality of decor and the appliances inside is the best we’ve had. A credit to the owner.
Many thanks for your feedback. We do plan to change the door and paint the outside soon. We’re glad you liked the interior and hope you had a wonderful stay. Property Owner

"Listing might want to mention not suitable for older guests with walking or balance difficulties."
(open staircases ) Couldn't get oven to work. No handbook
Many thanks for your feedback. There are indeed open staircases which can be seen in most of the photos. The oven handbook is in the draw in the kitchen next to the fridge. Sorry you couldn’t get it to work, we’ve stayed recently and used it successfully. I do hope you enjoyed your stay despite this. Property Owner

"Our only disappointment was lack of mirrors in bedrooms for drying hair etc."
the only one was in bathroom where obviously there are no electricity points
Many thanks for your feedback. Based on this we have now added mirrors to both bedrooms. Property Owner
