  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leo’s Place."

The house has everything you need and some gorgeous extras, like the outside seating area with log burner - s’mores were a big hit with my son, a fabulous shower and a great selection of card and board games. The property was clean, tidy and well stocked. Great location, quiet street and close to the main town and harbour. Parking was a bit hit and miss but we were never too far away. Thank you for making our holiday truly memorable and stress free.

The property

This mid-terrace property lies in the heart of Weymouth, just paces from a range of amenities and a mile from the beach.

Wonderfully presented over two floors, with an enclosed patio, Leo's Place is a fantastic escape for a family of four looking to escape to this part of Dorset.

After a day exploring the wonders of this popular resort, kick back in the tastefully presented lounge and flick on the TV for some evening entertainment.

Move through to the kitchen where the head chef can impress the group with a hearty dish, making use of the electric double oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Head out the patio doors to find the enclosed garden, with a covered seating area and a woodburning stove inviting you to gather round and entertain late into the night.

The upstairs plays host to two wonderful bedrooms, including a double with TV and a twin, whilst the spacious shower room is where you can freshen up.

Weymouth makes an ideal holiday base, home to a three-mile long sandy beach that is ideal for picnicking, sunbathing and building sandcastles, plus the clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and various other watersports.

Beyond its breathtaking coastline, the town itself is home to quaint streets and historic buildings, with the town’s origins being traced back centuries, including the Old Harbour which is lined with fishermen’s cottages, vibrant boats and a lively promenade.

The Jurassic Coast can’t be missed, known for its fossil rich cliffs and unique geological formations, making for excellent walking routes.

Venture into the Dorset AONB, spending some time at the wonderful Chesil Beach or head to Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens for rare plants and notable magnolia.

Return to Leo's Place for a delightful evening and begin planning the following day's adventures.
