  • "Excellent - really enjoyed our stay."

    Brilliant location!

  • "The property was perfect for our needs."

The flat is in the perfect location with fab views of the harbour. We parked our car on the Monday and had no need to move it until we left on the Friday, the parking permit was definitely needed as parking would have been expensive for the week otherwise. The furniture in the flat is dated but has absolutely nothing wrong with it and the kitchen is stocked with basic things you need to cook. I would definitely be happy staying here again.

  • "We had a brilliant stay at Net Loft, It was very comfortable here, the bed was really comfortable."

We were impressed by the standard of cleanliness, just a couple of little things needed a wipe. Bathroom and showers very good just a little thing, the shower plug needed a clean as the water ran away slowly but I did leave a note so hopefully the cleaners acted on that. I would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

  • "Stopped at this property on a few occasions now and always find it enjoyable."

Panaramic views of the harbour through all of the lounge/dining windows, exceptionally comfortable reclining sofa and chairs, spacious layout and handy for the shops and entertainment. Could do with better cooking/frying pans though but it didn't impact on my stay.

  • "We found that the level of equipment in the kitchen to be very sparse and no real grill pan."

The instructions for the TV were very poor and need to be rewritten. The WIFI code was not to hand and the info on the bottom of the router was very small and difficult to read. The area of the flat was excellent for the town and the views were great. Would come back and stay again.

  • "First of all I would like to say the views from the flat were brilliant, I could sit there all day and watch the boats coming and going and from a base point of view couldn’t be better, Walk into town in two minutes , also suprisingly quiet at night being next to a pub The front door to the flat has been fitted and not finished off on both sides, leaving yellow foam and packers clearly visible, not a very good first sight and getting through the door with luggage is also difficult because your met by a chair lift The entrance to the top flat is very dark due mainly to the dark wood, this theme continues into the kitchen with dark and old fashioned units, old appliances with paint pealing off the washing machine, this gives an impression of it being Grubby and dirty, which I’m sure it wasn’t but never the less it still gives that impression, the same goes for the shower room, old paintwork with a big chunk out of the woodwork behind the door, sealant around the shower base that has gone a dirt brown colour , a shower that annoyingly drips unless you put the arm in the 8 o clock position and really push hard, took us several days to figure this out, An extractor fan that seems to have a mind of its own and comes on and stays on for ages for no apparent reason, a toilet seat that keeps twisting around everytime you sit on it and a mirror that for some I unknown reason has been fitted on the opposite wall to the sink!"

The recliner chairs have seen better days and should come with a warning, if you lean forward to then pushback with your heels to reverse the recline to a normal chair the whole thing falls forward, this happened more than once to us, it was funny the first time, (good job we didn’t have a cup of tea in our hand) , but soon got annoying Don’t even think about using the Internet other than downloading e mails and even then if two people are at the same time it’s a waste of time! Facebook won’t even load pics, the fastest download I got while I was there was 4.4, if you have a couple of kids it would be next to useless, I had to resort to using the data on my phone on more than one occasion quit alarmingly the fire escape is chained up with a padlock that is corroded where you put the key in This is a very old and tired flat that needs updating and a lick of “White” paint and some modern lamp shades would go a miss, the one you are met with when opening the door must be Victorian! I would have thought with the time we were in the lockdown someone could have at least given the flat a new coat of paint

  • "A lovely flat with fantastic views out of the windows (sunsets were lovely)."

The balcony and shared terrace give outside space as well. Perfectly situated for all Weymouth has to offer, the position was the best out of all places we've stayed in the town. The flat has everything you need for self catering. Would definitely use this place again. Just some points to consider if you are thinking of booking. The flat is up two flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. Take care with small children and the windows as they open fully and there are big drops, plus the front door steps straight into the road . The childrens bunk beds are small, perfect if your young kids aren't as tall as my 6ft son who struggled to get comfortable!! (We resorted to buying a blow up air bed in the end). But we had a fantastic break.
