The property

Stanley House is a beautiful, harbourside dwelling occupying one of the most desirable positions in Weymouth, just paces from Weymouth Sailing Club and the Lifeboat Station.

With impressive views from every window and with the sought-after addition of two parking spaces, this cottage offers the ideal escape for families and friends to make the most of.

Feel welcomed into the spacious living/dining room, where you can relax in front of the TV or delve into a good book while taking in your surroundings.

Move through to the dining area and get the family together around the table for a scrumptious meal cooked up in the well-appointed kitchen; the feature, antique petrol pump makes a great talking point as you sip your glass of wine and catch up on your day's adventures.

Climb the staircase with the help of the rope banister and find a large family bathroom with his and hers sinks, followed by another sitting room with spectacular, elevated views over the harbour, just what you need after a tiresome day exploring the local sights.

Enjoy a hot soak in the bathtub and fully indulge yourself with a glass of your favourite tipple afterwards as you admire the evening vistas over the waterfront.

The first of the bedrooms is also on this floor, while the second level plays host to the master room boasting a king-size with en-suite shower, whilst the third and final floor offers two double rooms under the eaves.

If you manage to tear yourselves away from the incredible views and watching harbour life, then you are ideally located for exploring all the delights of this historic town.

Weymouth Beach is just a short row boat ferry ride across the harbour and there are shops, bars, and restaurants all within paces of the front door.

Don't forget to try the local fish and chips, enjoy a hike through RSPB Radipole Lake, a haven for birdwatching, and visit the Nothe Fort and Gardens to brush up on your history.

The wider region includes trips to Dorchester and fabulous walks and outdoor adventure in the Dorset AONB, a real treat for you and your loved ones in a wonderful part of the country.

All of this awaits at Stanley House.
