  • "Great place to stay."

Granary cottage has everything you need and more. Clean and comfortable. Off road parking was a massive plus. Granary cottage is so spacious, plenty of room for a large family. Highly recommended.

Plates, cutlery, glasses, full kitchen! It has BBQ outside, fireplace inside, washing machine. Amazing! We were impressed by all facilities! Wow!

  • "Great house and location."

Loads of kids toys for our 3 and 6 year old, always helps to have those on holiday. Comfy beds, great upst safety gate and well stocked kitchen though a bigger freezer area would help. Everywhere super clean. No issue with parking a mid size SUV though can be tight getting out if someone parked opposite. Great base to explore, Salisbury, Bath, Stonehenge. The gardens in Warminster were also brilliant! We also did the east somerset railway as our kids aretrain mad and the national trust property at stourhead is stunning (for future guests with NT membership this gets you into free at Stonehenge even though it's English heritage.) We had an amazing trip.

  • "Loved the cottage,it is very spacious and the beds are SO comfortable."

It was ideal for us as we were visiting Longleat and it was just 10mins drive away from the property. The games, puzzles and toys were a nice thought for rainy days and Grandad & Grandson enjoyed the football table.

  • "Had a lovely time in Granary Cottage."

Great area for visiting different places with lots of interesting places within an hours drive. The train station is in the town which we used a few times. Longleat is definitely worth a visit and only 10 minutes drive from the property. Had the same issue as previous guests with mess in the garden when we arrived but think it must be cats as we had to clean it up each day and the gates were all locked. Shower is very small and would have preferred bigger bath towels. Very comfy beds.

  • "My 2 1/2 year old grandson walked round the cottage when we got there and he said " this is amazing" which sums it up completely."

The only thing the cottage doesn't give you is next weeks winning lottery numbers ! We were only there 3 nights but would highly recommend this cottage to everyone I am sure we will be back . The attention to detail is quite remarkable. Thank you.

Would definitely stay here again. The only one issue was there was a lot of dog poo in the garden

  • "We had a great time during our stay at Granary Cottage."

Good location for seeing the local sights. The cottage itself is excellent - comfy beds, clean, all cooking equipment. Nice comfy lounge and having nexflix and disney is a bonus with kids. All the communication were excellent. The only real down side from our stay came from the parking situation. I'm not sure if the neighbours opposite have an issue with the cottage parking space, but within the first 2 days of us being there we were block in about 4-5 time. They moved the car each time, but they did seem to be doing it on purpose (especially when they have plenty of space at the side of their house to park) all a bit odd and inconsiderate. But apart from that, we have a great stay.

  • "I would recommend the Granery to anybody wishing to visit the area."

The property is perfect for families and the owners seem to have put a lot of thought into making it quite special which includes the play area in the lovely large garden.

  • "Wonderful stay at Granary Cottage, celebrating an early Christmas with family nearby."

Thoughtfully and considerately well-equipped, the kitchen even managed to produce Christmas dinner for 8! Our grandson Charlie, who is almost 2, loved the garden and the toys provided. Trips to Longleat Festival of Light and Bath Christmas Market added to an amazing family week - we made lots of special memories, for which the cottage provided an excellent base. A huge thank you to the owners.

  • "Our week in the Granary Cottage was excellent."

All of the facilities were great and the children loved all of the extras - the toys, the garden, the games - all excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Warminster was perfectly placed for trips to Bath, Longleat, Dorset and Cheddar Gorge.

  • "The cottage was perfect - so much so we extended our stay for an extra night so high praise indeed!"

The property was spotless, everything worked and all beds and sofas were extremely comfortable. We have a mid-size SUV and had no problem parking in the allocated space. The only issue we could see was if you had small children the garden had so many play things it would be hard to get them to leave for the day! Well done to the owners on a well thought our holiday home.

Wow Suzanne, we couldn't be happier that you enjoyed it and we had everything you need. Thanks for booking the extra night and we hope to see you again soon. Great to hear the parking was good too and that your family enjoyed all the fun things we have to play with. Property Owner

  • "The cottage was lovely."

I think they need to state parking for one small/medium car. We had issues parking because of cars parked opposite space and we had a truck. We damaged the truck trying to park. It would have been nice to have a information pack.

So pleased you loved the cottage, we are new to this and really appreciate the feedback. We will update the description, sorry to hear about the truck and we will sort a print out version of the information pack we email so others can see it in the cottage.
