"Had a fabulous stay, perfectly located to walk everywhere and great having a parking space."
Unfortunately, the weather was terrible during our stay but we were very content to relax in that beautiful lounge and take in the incredible view. The arrival hamper was a lovely touch, thank you. On a practical note, it would be great if the lights on the staircase were on a sensor as on our first night we could not find the light switch and had to use the stairs in total darkness - very precarious!

"This was our second visit to 123."
Cannot fault it. So much love, care and attention have gone into putting it all together and it is so appreciated. The added gift of a fabulous hamper from the Dorset Hamper company was such a lovely touch. We are looking to booking yet again for next year. Thank you.
Hello Marie! Thank you for your glowing review, I loved chatting with you a few weeks back. It made my day hearing how loved our little window chair is for just gazing at the sea and watching the world go by. Thank you again, we really look forward to you staying with us next year. All the very best to you and the family! Property Owner

"The most perfect apartment."
We loved everything about it. The location is beautiful and plenty of space. The balcony is just wonderful, I spent many a morning eating my breakfast out there. 2 sets of keys was perfect for a family going their separate ways. We shall definitely book again for next year! Thank you so much
Thank you for taking the time to write such a glowing review. We’re delighted you loved your stay. The balcony is our favourite spot for breakfast too. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to 123 On The Sea again soon! Property Owner

"Overall a very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay with a good standard of fittings, furnishings and facilties, and a loverly view of the bay through the large sash windows."
A problem with an outside door lock was sorted within 30 minuites of reporting it, and our only minor grumble was the lack of proper breadknife and no safety mat in the bath neither of which we contacted the agents about.
We very much appreciate the time you gave taken to leave your feedback. Excellent points raised, we will replace the missing breadknife and look to install a non slip bath matt. Thank you for highlighting the issue with the front door, this matter has no been resolved. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at 123 On The Sea, those sea views out the sash windows are very special. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Property Owner

"Downstairs entrance could be more appealing the flat itself was lovely."
The view is marvellous, bathroom very clean.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we hope you enjoyed your stay the weather was glorious! We are in the process of listing the renovations for the building that will be taking place over the coming year or so. The entrance is having a little facelift to really make the most of the beautiful original flooring and glasswork above the door. We’re so lucky to be one of the few flats still with these original features. We hope to see you again soon! Property Owner

"We were a little disappointed with being left only half a toilet roll and no shower gel/shampoo sachets to use."
However, the flat and the fantastic views were incredible. The towels were so fluffy I wanted to take them home!!! The sofas were so comfy and the welcome pack in the kitchen was very good and being left some milk in the fridge very good. I would definitely recommend this flat and hopefully we will stay in this again next year.
Thank you so much for your feedback Ann. We actually acted on this straight away liaising with the housekeeping team to insure there will always be adequate amounts of loo roll to hand. We were delighted to hear you liked the towels, they are very fluffy! Unfortunately we do not offer shower gel, as we are a self catering apartment. Although, this is something we will be monitoring moving forward. This is great feedback and something we may well be able to consider in the near future. Hoping to welcome you back again soon! "Fantastic well equipped apartment with a lovely welcome pack."
Lovely and spacious in a great location with great views. The only thing that let it down for us was the double bed - we found the mattress very hard and uncomfortable which was a shame as we were staying 5 nights. But if this was replaced I wouldn't hesitate to return again.
Hello Helen, thank you for your review. We’re so happy you enjoyed the welcome pack, there’s nothing like milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea to enjoy with some biscuits! We have taken on board your feedback about the double bed. I am sorry the mattress was not to your liking, that’s so important. We are reviewing ways in which we can cater for different needs with regards mattresses. This is such a personal preference but it’s something we really need to consider so thank you for bringing this to our attention. Hopefully we can welcome you back again soon! Property Owner

"Amazing views from a lovely flat."
Lounge and kitchen at front to enjoy the outlook, bedrooms and bathroom at back which was very quiet. No issues with noise from Sandbar below- and it closes at 9pm too. Stairs good and solid and wide with a rest stop halfway, so my 86 year old unstable mother managed fine with a little help and without a lift. Only potential issue to mention is size and access to parking space. It is wide and short and you have to park parallel to the pavement so a bit of manoeuvring required. My qashai is max length to avoid blocking gate next door. Also clamping signs up but nowhere to log your number plate to validate your car. I phoned the holiday company and all was ok.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, it is great to read your positive comments. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing views, and you found the back bedrooms to be quiet. Wonderful to read your Mother was able to access the apartment with little help. Guests do not need to be concerned about clamping as long as they are parked within the designated space. These signs are only up as parking for Seafront properties is scarce. Thank you again and hopefully we can welcome you back again soon. Property Owner

"Parking only suitable for small/medium cars."
Thank you for your feedback we hope you enjoyed your stay, despite the rain. The length of the parking space is 5.2 meters with a width of 2.9 meters, the national average parking space is 4.8 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. We’ve not experienced any issues with the parking space capacity previously. It’s important to us that guests are comfortable and we will continue to monitor any parking concerns. We hope you enjoyed your stay and hopefully look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Property Owner

"Absolutely fabulous."
We are looking to go back soon. Lovely touch was the welcome package that was left from Dorset Happy Hampers. Such a lovely personal touch AND the pint of milk left in the fridge. The apartment was so lovely it wouldn’t have mattered if it had been stormy outside. The vista from the sofa with the panoramic windows was just stunning. Can’t wait for our return visit.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay. You can’t beat those views! We look forward to welcoming you back to 123 On The Sea again soon. Property Owner

"Great location with great views."
The town centre is close by. There's parking for one car which is essential because parking is not good in Weymouth. The parking space is at the back of the property which is only accessible by walking around the block (a pain re luggage). The living room is lovely and the kitchen is nice. the other rooms are okay. I'm surprised there was no welcome pack , it's those touches which makes a difference.
Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that you loved the location and enjoyed the stunning views. We are very lucky to be able to offer a parking space as parking can often come at a premium in Weymouth and with the closest car park over a 10 minute walk away. We are currently working closely with Dream Cottages to to offer a more substantial welcome hamper. We hope to welcome you back to Weymouth in the future. Property Owner

"We had a lovely time in Flat 1."
The sea views from it were wonderful. The flat was fitted out with everything we needed. We would recommend staying here.

"123 On The Sea is in a good location across from the beach with a commanding sea view, especially from the small couch in front of the large window and served as a good base for our week's holiday in October."
The accommodation is roomy and comfortable but the furniture and decor is a little dated for the price. Some maintenance is required, the bathroom door catch sticks and the curtain holdbacks are very loose in their wall fixings and the lights in the shared stairwell don't work unless the switch is held down. For the price we paid we were a little disappointed with the 'welcome pack' on arrival. When staying in similar properties we have found a cake or bottle of wine and essential kitchen supplies on arrival; at 123 there wasn't even a roll of kitchen towel provided.

"Absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning location."
Lovely to be able to hear the waves breaking on the beach whilst relaxing in the living room. Brightly decorated to give a light, airy feel, plush, comfortable settees and beds. Only slight issue we had was trying to switch between rainfall shower, hose and bath taps as lever didn’t seem to do anything despite pulling, pushing, twisting. We would definitely stay here again.
