  • "Great property for our Christmas family gathering - unfortunately the weather was grim and so we were not able to make the most of the beautiful parkland and walks in the area."

Very comfortable beds and bed linen, the ensuite shower was great and we were satisfied with the over-bath shower in the family bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen, with good-sized oven and fridge/freezer. We would stay again - would love to see it in the Spring or Autumn!

  • "Lovely and clean nice touch actual milk to go with tea etc."

much better than the plastic cartons. Biscuits appreciated by kids. Love the booking of the pool. Lovely view and watching the birds sing and race about.

  • "We had a wonderful stay for all the above reasons with a very friendly & helpful site manager too."

The only let down was the rainy weather & a fairly high cost for the accommodation but as there were 5 paying adults staying it wasn’t as high as it might be for a family with children, which is why I only gave 8 stars out of 10 overall.
