"Accommodation is perfectly located with great surrounding views ,however no cooking facilities (Microwave ) inside our accommodation."
Didn't advertise that you had to pay for your own fuel on a daily basis to get your hot tub working to a decent temperature . Cafe /resturant opening hours not sufficient .
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the location and surrounding views. We're sorry that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the cooking facilities, hot tub heating costs, and café opening hours. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and will share your comments with the relevant teams for review. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Property Owner

"What a wonderful place."
So relaxing. Great lodge and hot tub. Fantastic views and the staff were helpful when needed but discreet. The hot tub does take a while to heat up so needs planning ahead! The bathroom and bedroom could have done with a couple of hooks. Minor issues and I would stay here again without any hesitation. Loved it!
Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear you had such a relaxing stay and enjoyed the lodge, hot tub, beautiful views, and the balance of helpful yet unobtrusive service from the team. We appreciate your suggestions regarding hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, and we'll be sure to pass these on. Thank you also for highlighting the hot tub heating time for future guests. We're thrilled you loved your stay and look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Property Owner
