Everything we needed including a super comfy bed and soft fluffy towels. Being a chilly week we enjoyed the log burner. A very generous welcome pack awaited us and our hosts Beverly & David were most friendly and on hand if needed. A few dog treats to hand ensured we had an enthusiastic welcome from the four legged hosts too!

  • "Comfortable and well equipped cottage in a peaceful spot just outside Ipswich."

Friendly and helpful owners who provided a welcomepackage of milk, cake, eggs, and other things. A potential problem for tall, elderly and arthritic people (like me)is that you may find the bed, dining chairs and sofa slightly low and hard to get up from - but is unlikely to be any problem for everyone else! Despite this minor problem, this is a lovely cottage to explore this attractive area - with a comfortable bed, lots of hot water and every possible kitchen utensils you might want, we would recommend the property - we hope to visit again.

We were delighted to find a generous welcome basket which gave us a head start on shopping, thanks a lot. The bungalow was exactly what we needed as my wife is disabled, we did find the mattresses hard as we are used to pocket sprung with a memory foam topper but that is our preference not a fault. Possibly a child's door gate to stop the dogs, who are all lovely and friendly, from coming in would be the only improvement to be made. We did find the hot water in the taps to be scorchingly hot but were careful with it. We would definitely go again, a lovely spot, a lovely bungalow and great hosts. Thank you
