"We were uncertain at the location of number 4."
It might be good to clarify that it is a rear unit and does not face the road. But once inside, everything about the place was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the great facility! The following is not for publication, only to let owners know of light issue: (I was not able to get the lights in the bathroom mirror to work. I pulled the string inside the medicine cabinet, but no light came on. Perhaps the bulbs are out?).

"Very comfortable and well-appointed accommodation."
Perfect location for hill-walking and visiting the Scottish Highlands. Hotel next door is available for meals and there is a restaurant a short distance along the road.
Thankyou very much for your feedback. Property Owner

"This is a very nice first floor apartment in a good location."
We found it warm & comfortable with most things we needed provided. A better kitchen knife would be most useful. There was only a tiny paring knife & a very long carving knife, both of which were totally blunt & so not at all effective. However we managed, another time I would bring a knife just in case. The only other thing to mention is that the bath/shower drainage hole was almost completely blocked, water taking a very long time to drain away. I had to remove a very large amount of matted hair & 'gunk' from the drain, There was a high strength drain clearing gel (well used) in the cupboard so I think this must have been a problem for a while! Perhaps mention to the cleaner that this should be regularly cleared of hair? Overall a good place to stay which would be improved with these minor changes.

"A thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay."
Fantastic property and location. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again. It’s worth being aware that the pub next door is not open on weekends (at least during the winter months) - this is not the fault of the property owner of course but anyone looking to stay here should be aware not to rely on the pub for meals at certain times.

"Fantastic stay!"
The apartment is in a great location, great for getting to the coast or mountains. Loch Ness and Fort Augustus a short drive. The apartment itself had more than everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

"Cottage conforme aux photos, à signaler qu’il n’y a pas de grand supermarché à moins de 45mn."
Tablettes du frigidaire manquantes, une seule demi tablette en place dans un petit frigidaire pour 4 personnes ! Les alentours sont agréables , beaucoup de visites à faire : Skye, Glencoe etc… Cadeaux de bienvenue appréciables

"Great accommodation with beautiful location"

"A beautifully decorated and modern two bedroom upstairs flat."
Spotlessly clean with a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV, Freesat and off road parking. A great base for touring the area but given it's location you do need a car. Towels and bed linen are provided and whilst it does say on the website that you need to bring your own oven gloves and dishtowels these were indeed provided along with a minature of Grouse whisky for each of us. If you plan to explore this area I would suggest this as an excellent base since it is not that far from Inverness, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Fort William and Skye.

"Excellent holiday stay, clean and well equipped"

"Central location for Inverness/Skye/Aviemore/Fort William."
Well appointed clean property with ample utilities, crockery, bedding and towels. Good supply of hot water and shower worked perfectly. Good wifi connection. Would be top of my list if returning to the same area

"Only a couple of details that should be looked at, 1) A bath/ shower mat should be available."
As were are of the older generation it would have been a lot easier to get in and out as the bath was very slippery when wet.( We used a towel to stand on) 2) We have a hairy dog that is constantly molting so it would have been good to have a working hoover! As it was my husband spent a good half hour emptying, clearing a blockage etc just to get it to suck.

"We had a lovely holiday at the property (except the weather) It was very clean and well furnished although the beds were a little firm for us."
The wee dram was a very nice touch and would recommend the property to others.

"Apartment was lovely."
Nice touch of 2 whisky miniatures on arrival. Also sweets on the beds. Although on a busy road, traffic was not disruptive as bedrooms at rear. Only small niggle was some dog hair(?) under the coffee table.

"This apartment was well equipped, wonderfully clean, comfortable and catered for all our needs."
The welcome pack/whiskey was a nice touch and all instructions were clear & easy to follow. The location was superb for us as a base to explore the Scottish Highlands. It is convenient to a great hotel serving excellent food and drink and we slept well every night! We loved it and would highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

"The apartment was fantastic, could not faulty it, place was immaculate, parking space off road, even the small things like little chocolates on top of the beds, Highland Coffee made it lovely, location great too, Isle of Skye, Fort William and Arisaig easy to get to from there and Loch Ness 10 minutes away, Only thing missing was a manual for the dish washer, but that is a small thing."
Would definitely come again and recommended to others.

"Very pleasant apartment which feels homely without being fussy."
Well stocked if you want to cook. The apartment is very clean which is my number one priority. Invergarry is a great base and you can easily reach all of the main towns and villages. Having the Invergarry Hotel next door is a real benefit - fantastic food, staff and atmosphere. Thanks for the very generous welcome pack, including the whisky which my husband enjoyed - a lovely touch.
Really sorry that dishwasher manual was not available, I will make sure that that is remedied soon as. Glad you had a nice stay and thankyou for the generous comments. Property Owner
