"A lovely property with loads of room."
Very quiet and lots of good sleep was had during our stay. You have loads of options on things to do there. A short walk can take you to a supermarket, fish and chip shop, amusements and a couple of other shops too. We loved our holiday here. Just drive carefully along the private road, leading to the property, as it is rather bumpy.
Hi Julian, thank you for your kind feedback. We are so happy that you had a restful and relaxing break and enjoyed all that Pagham has to offer! With very best wishes, Helen and Ru Property Owner

"My family and I (ages 12 years to 91 years) had an enjoyable holiday at 50 Harbour Road."
The bungalow had plenty of room for all of us and was very comfortable. The games room was a big hit and so was being so close to the beach. The sunrises on the beach and sunsets over the lagoon were a highlight. One small problem (which did NOT spoil our enjoyment) was the dishwasher, the large plates stop the water sprayer going round so crockery and cutlery were not cleaned properly, we washed the large plates and glasses by hand which helped. Thank you Rupert and Helen for a lovely family break. Annette

"We went as a multigenerational family and had a wonderful time."
The bungalow was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a lovely area too and the sunsets were to die for. Lovely, friendly next door neighbour Pat was delightful and the owners Rupert and Helen were so friendly and gave instant feedback to queries. I would definitely recommend

"Hi Rupert and Helen, thank you for the use of your lovely holiday home."
We loved the lovely spacious open and roomy areas. The WIFI worked well in all areas, hot water was plentiful, beds clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms, showers, all to a very high standard, appreciated by all. On the other hand. On arrival we found all the locks stiff and difficult to turn on entry. Plus key labelling could help. Dirty or poorly cleaned crockery, cookware and frying pan handle had to be put back on, on arrival. Third double bedroom would benefit from some noise attenuation to reduce boiler/water pipes/shower. It disturbed my sons sleep. Also outside seating cushions were wet, the cover not keeping the water out. We have left them dry and in the Games room under the Bar billiards table. Back to the positive, nice to have toys and books for our granddaughter we spent a thoroughly good time having our first family holiday for a long time. The games room was a big hit. We also experienced the aurora borealis during the night of the solar storm this made an extra special experience in the garden. Thank you once again for the welcoming beers. We would have no problem recommending your holiday home to our friends, thank you, Kind regards. Paul Betty and family.
Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you had a lovely week in Pagham and value your constructive comments. Very best wishes, Helen and Rupert Property Owner

"A deceptively large and comfortable bungalow."
Ideally situated for exploring the local area whilst retaining a good garden area and BBQ for just relaxing and also pet friendly. A rear access gate leads to open fields for those looking for short walks. Easy access to the sea within 2 minute walk from the bungalow and adequate parking for 4 cars. The owners are quick to respond to any queries or requests and are extremely helpful. An ideal holiday home for larger families and we would have no hesitation in returning.
Hi Keith, thank you for your kind feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay, and hope to welcome you and your family back in the future! Property Owner

"We had a wonderful stay at 50 Harbour Road."
We were celebrating a 70th birthday and it was the perfect property for 3 generations to get together. The games room was a big hit with everyone. Very spacious property and the photos do not do it justice. We would definitely stay again.
Hi Dionne, we are so happy to hear you had a lovely time, and hope your mum enjoyed her special birthday! We hope to welcome you back again. Many thanks, Helen and Ru Property Owner

"On arrival not able to get into key lock easily."
. Nice and roomy. Beds good. Not enough light. Some bulbs not working. All kitchen surfaces are very sticky we had to try and clean ourselves. The property needs refreshing, paint and decor. All crockery and cutlery and saucepans we had to wash. we had to wash. Nice to be greeted with wine in fridge. We would not return or recommend due to these reasons. But if these things addressed we would.

"Key safe and front door difficult to open & close."
Kitchen lighting totally inadequate - non-working bulbs and others flash on & off constantly, sink & food prep area is in darkness. Unable to be resolved by handyman Jamie. Kitchen worktops "sticky" and need a thorough clean. Oven and metal cooking pots greasy and need a thorough clean. One bathroom sink and one ensuite sink did not have plugs - clearly missing for a long time. This is not a place I would use again or recommend for a group of 10. Be prepared to replace your car suspension on the potholed road.
We are disappointed to hear your experience wasn’t as positive as we aspire for our guests, as demonstrated in other reviews we have received - we will look to address your comments (although I am afraid the private road to the property is out of our control!) Property Owner

"We couldn't find a pen to write in the visitor book - but please pass this on to the owner, perhaps they may want to print it out and stick it in."
We had a wonderful stay. 50 Harbour Road was a comfortable retreat each night after long days exhibiting at Revival. Excellent facilities and convenient. Everything you could need. Thanks so much!
Dear Richard Many thanks for your comments and so pleased you enjoyed Pagham as much as we do Best wishes, Rupert and Helen Property Owner

"The washer dryer had turned into a washer only - this was inconvenient for some of our party."
On the plus side, lovely touches like handwash, washing up liquid, etc. Also plenty of saucepans and other cooking utensils. Everything was very clean and homely feeling. Thank you very much for a brilliant holiday.
Thank you for your feedback (and for pointing out about the washer dryer which was a mistake in the listing which we will amend). We are glad you had a lovely week! Property Owner
