  • "Other than it being a little hard to find,I thought it was a fantastic base for our group."

There's a pub called the Fleur d Lyse which does some amazing food that's really well priced.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

  • "Lovely quiet base for a dog walking or rambling holiday, as it's possible to walk for miles without having to cross any roads."

However don't forget to pack comfortable, waterproof boots, if there has been a lot of rain! The well equipped kitchen, has practically every utensil you need, to cook anything from bread to a full roast dinner. There's a lovely big, good quality, fridge freezer and multi oven range. Excellent comprehensive folder containing operating instructions for appliances, places to visit, eat etc. Lovely approachable owner, who immediately answered our questions. Finally, we spent many peaceful afternoons, drinking tea, eating home made cakes, sat in the sun room watching the garden birds feeding. Bliss, totally able to forget the rest of the rat race...

Thanks for the lovely feedback. Property Owner
