"Beautiful caravan."
Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

"We found the caravan very clean and tidy it was basic bed not comfortable our complaint was not the caravan."
It was the site you stated a shop but it was just counter selling ice creams and sweets hardly any essentials very costly we paid 3.96 for 2 tiny drums of salt an pepper wich we had to buy The road down to the site had 19 road humps with has done some damage to our exhaust no warning before these humps . We could not get down to the beach with our little dogs due to the land eriosion and the only way onto beach was a slipway with was very slippery there was no where to walk dogs only on the site roadways the site restaurant was expensive but we found site owners got 20 % discount on food and drinks WE ,DID NOT. .there where over 300 caravans and only 20 were holiday there rest lived 45 weeks of the year so it did not feel like a holiday site White vans every where with people going to work early in the mornings I would not recommend this site to Anyone we have been using Sykes cottages for over 11 years but this is the worst place we have been to we do not feel we have had a Holiday this holiday was important to us as I have had several heart attacks last year and this was to be a relaxing holiday. But we could have stayed at home and saved over 250 on eating out

"We had a lovely stay at 108 Solent Breezes."
The caravan was comfortable and had everything you needed. The balcony had a gate on it, which was a relief for us with two dogs. The weather was so good it would have been nice if there was a bbq we could use. The only down side was the neighbours behind parking their transit work van very close to the bedroom window, that it felt like there was no privacy. They went to work early and thr door sliding and closing was a disturbance. However, we had a great stay and would come back. Thank you.

"Enjoyed our stay here caravan was comfortable an issue with the hot water caused by the previous occupants was quickly and successfully remedied by the owners."
The site has good amenities the bar and outside seating area with views over the Solent were lovely. The only thing I would mention is that the seating areas in the caravan had a sweaty/doggy smell and would benefit from a good washing.

"Great stay, very clean, easy access, great location and facilities."

"The location was good and we had a nice stay, however the caravan was not very clean there was hair and marks in the fridge, there was dust on the blind in bathroom, and the kitchen sink taps were rusty, also when we went to use the hoover had an awful smell of dogs, the beds were clean and nice towels ."

"The caravan was really clean and spacious and had everything we needed."
It was very dog friendly and having two toilets was also quite handy! The park itself was quiet and the pool looked great although we didn't use it, and there was also a shop and bar on site. My teenager was happy with the wifi connection. The park's location right by the sea was perfect for sitting and watching the boats and for walks along the coast. We had a very relaxing trip and would definitely return.

"The owners couldn’t of been more helpful."
They were so lovely and would definitely recommend. They kept us up to date with all the information we needed and made our holiday a stress free one. The caravan was extremely clean and tidy and had everything you needed, including lovely towels! The park is a quiet one which is what we wanted. The swimming pool is a lovely heated one and the beach is right on your doorstep.

"Well kept caravan."
Felt welcomed with biscuits. Caravan all prepared for our stay.

"The caravan was exactly as shown and was very comfortable and clean."
It was very useful having two toilets even just for 2 of us. There was everything provided that we needed. There is decking and the only issue we had was there is no gate and we have 2 small dogs. We used our cases to block the steps but they did manage to get away a couple of times. Otherwise all was great and it is a good place to take dogs as the walk along the beach and back along the cliffs every morning was lovely.
