The Chapel is a two-bedroom converted chapel on the edge of woodland, surrounded by mature gardens.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious interior full of character and historic charm.

The original organ stands proudly, while a woodburning stove offers a cosy spot for cooler evenings.

Entertainment includes a pool table, perfect for creating happy memories.

One highlight is the balcony, with stunning views across the unspoilt countryside to the shimmering Solent – an idyllic spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

This dog-friendly retreat welcomes furry friends, with woodland walks on your doorstep.

With ample parking and free Wi-Fi, this charming Isle of Wight escape promises comfort and tranquillity.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by the heart of the home, the kitchen/diner, where you can prepare delicious meals using the array of appliances at your disposal, before gathering at the dining table to enjoy your culinary creations.

After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where you can unwind in front of the TV, or challenge your loved ones to a game of pool.

On chillier evenings, the woodburning stove provides a warming glow that will keep you all nice and toasty!

For those seeking a quiet moment, the snug offers a welcoming sofa bed, perfect for curling up with a good book.

You have two options when it comes to the outdoors, first is a front courtyard where you can enjoy some al fresco dining while you enjoy the little pond and second is your private balcony which is a great spot for a roasted coffee while you enjoy the orange glow of the sunrise.

Once it's time to rest you'll find two bedrooms which are split between the ground and first floor offering sleeping arrangements for all members of the family.

Upstairs is a nice double room and on the ground floor is a spacious king-size room with an en-suite shower room for that added touch of privacy.

Servicing both of these is a bathroom which is the perfect place for a hot soak before getting tucked in under the fresh linen.

Experience the Isle of Wight like never before, starting off your journey with an exciting ride on the Red Funnel Ferries, directly from East Cowes.

History enthusiasts can find enjoyment in exploring the historic Carisbrooke Castle, an iconic fortress with a captivating history emanating from its centuries-old walls.

Venture further to the National Trust's Newtown National Nature Reserve, a haven for varied bird and wildlife, ideal for a calming stroll or a spot of bird watching.

For military and history aficionados, a visit to the insight-rich Wight Military and Heritage Museum is not to be missed.

Other local attractions of note include the stately Northwood House & Park, a charming Grade II listed mansion set in acres of parkland perfect for picnics and lazy afternoon strolls.

Just minutes away, you'll find the Victoria Recreation Ground, an excellent spot for enjoying a leisurely game of tennis or a relaxed walk under the sun.

To finalise your exciting journey around the Isle of Wight, take time to savour the sights of Newtown's Old Town Hall, an intriguing bit of local history preserved by the National Trust.

Return to the serene retreat that is The Chapel, an idyllic home from home where inviting nights in and unforgettable days out begin.

NORTHWOOD, ISLE OF WIGHT

Cowes 2 miles.

The centre of the quaint town of Cowes, probably best known for its sailing heritage, is just 2 miles away. Home of the Royal Yacht Squadron and host to the world famous 'Cowes Week' each summer, Cowes offers visitors a good selection of shops and restaurants, and from there you can also take one of the regular scenic boat trips on offer, or head across the floating bridge to East Cowes, where a visit to Queen Victoria's splendid summer villa at Osborne House is a must. Alternatively, take a walk along the coastal path to the beach at nearby Gurnard or Thorness Bay. This area provides a superb base from which to explore the many delights this wonderful island has to offer, including Godshill, Carisbrooke Castle and The Needles.
