  • "The "cabin" is so comfortable and well presented; clean and neat with proper fittings that work !"

! ie cooker, TV, shower , hot water and plenty of hooks in the bathroom! We have had problems with all these over the years so it was good to be able to rely on all your items. Badgers and squirrels were a real bonus too.

  • "We had a wonderful stay at the willow cabin."

The owners are an amazing couple who were very attentive; when I needed help, they were there within 30 minutes. The property was very clean and spotless, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Their thoughtfulness made our experience even better. I would love to go back again!

  • "Lovely ' cabin' in lovely location."

Comfortable and warm. Everything you might need inside. Would stay there again. Almost home from home ! Two minor niggles - on arrival found the toilet seat very loose and the bathroom basin plug gets stuck in the plug hole !

Thank you for your comments which are always welcome and very helpful. Without feedback we cannot always be aware of the little issues occasionally crop up and that need fixing. We've sorted the plug and loose toilet seat. Thanks again, Simon and Ginny Property Owner

  • "Another amazing stay in Willow Cabin."

Thank you for the milk, wine, tea and other bits you welcomed us with. They were very much appreciated after travelling. The cabin was clean, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. We loved the new rug which was very soft and cozy but didn’t shed like the previous rug. The hoover was a welcome addition and helped with cleaning. You’ve thought of everything to help make guests feel welcome and at home. If I had to provide one negative it would be that we missed the onsite shop this year, so hopefully that will reopen again soon. However we ventured into Cowes instead and found an amazing M&S food hall and small Sainsburys. Perfect!

Sorry that the shop was closed for a few days while it was being refurbished, we weren't given any notice. It is now re-opened. However, it is only able to supply a few basic needs. If you need a full food shop there are plenty of great shops in and around Cowes. We tend to use Aldi which is just 5 minutes away, as there is a great range of very reasonably priced goods. • "Had a lovely stay."

Comments already left with owners regarding future plans. The cabin was warm, clean and cosy. Beds were very comfy. Loved seeing the badgers! Location as regards to getting around the island was ideal, however, the site itself was disappointing as it is virtually abandoned and has none of the amenities listed so perhaps this needs updating. This didn't bother us however if someone specifically wanted the holiday park experience ie, swimming pool or even a shop, this could be an issue. All in all, very enjoyable stay.

  • "The beds were very comfortable."

The functional interior furnishings all seemed relatively new and were in good condition. The whole place was clean and tidy. Our son enjoyed the bunk beds. Nice touch to arrive to a bottle of wine and milk in fridge, with coffee and tea. Lovely setting - could see red squirrels from the window. Woodland walk one minute away. Beach / seaside 20 mins walk away, at Gurnard and then lovely walk along esplanade into Cowes.

  • "We were very pleased with our stay at Willow cabin."

We found the property on a tidy, clean and organised condition. The owners left some milk and other beverages for us in the fridge which was a nice thought. Just a small comment about the fire alarm which rang every time we were having a shower. Even though not a problem at all, just thought to mention this for awareness.

The cabin was really clean. The beds were really comfortable. We loved to hear birds singing every morning. We saw a little squirrel in the yard. It was an excellent choice. Thanks Ginny.

  • "We just loved willow cabin."

Furnishings were lovely. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is it smells beautiful. What it is I don't know but to come home and smell my home like that would be lovely. Considering my husband didn't want to go and now we're talking about going back. The Isle of Wight was beautiful.

We loved Willow Cabin. Our son particularly loved the bunk bed in his room. The mattress on the double bed was super comfy. The shower was perfect. The facilities in the cabin were excellent. We had no problems parking. We saw some badgers. The welcome pack upon arrival was a lovely touch. The location was perfect for exploring the Island. Our son is insisting we have exactly the same holiday next year. Thank you Willow Cabin.
