The property

Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Totland Bay, on the coast of the Isle of Wight, is this stunning stone cottage.

The Old Kitchens has been extensively renovated to provide families and friends alike the perfect base for exploring all this picturesque countryside area has to offer.

The open-plan living space has been painted in a stunning mint colour, with lovely modern furniture to sink into and relax and unwind of an evening, with the warming woodburning stove to keep you warm.

To the front of the property is an enclosed decking area and a large lawned garden, with plenty of furniture to sit out and simply enjoy the outstanding countryside views towards The Needles Headland.

While you're in the area, why not visit the beautiful Tennyson Down?

It was named after the famous poet and writer, with splendid country views, chalk rides and opportunities for walking and mountain biking.

You are ideally placed for exploring the magnificent Needles Headland, boasting dramatic coastlines, unforgettable views across the coast and country, with the thrilling chairlift rides, perfect for the whole family.

TOTLAND

Freshwater 1 mile; Yarmouth 3 miles.

The village of Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's beautiful coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and spectacular unspoilt coastal scenery. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst a pretty footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool. It is also an excellent starting point for walks along the Tennyson Trail. Take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the wonderful views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond, or explore the quaint narrow streets, ancient castle and busy harbour at Yarmouth. A great destination with plenty to see and do!
