  • "A wonderful cottage and a superbly equipped kitchen."

Very clean and comfortable and couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, Sharon, for the very warm welcome and the yummy cake. Also, thanks for the all the local information and history. The cottage is located near so many local treasures and the only regret is that the weekend was not enough.

Quiet, yet convenient location, with easy access to the south coast, vineyards, and National Trust properties. We were made very welcome by the owners. Good local shopping, with cinema for a rainy day.

  • "Spindlewood cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need."

The layout of the cottage is very nice and works very well for a family. We were really impressed that the owners had some lovely bread, jam and butter waiting for us on arrival and they also made us a lovely cake. They also put up a safety gate for our son which was a bonus and they had lots of games and toys in the property for our son - which goes above and beyond most properties. The only thing that wasn't great was the internet as it would regularly cut out. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you found everything you needed in the cottage and that you enjoyed your stay. I apologise about the quality of the internet. We have looked into it and going forward all should be working satisfactorily. I hope the house hunting is going well. Property Owner
