  • "This apartment is lovely."

A 15 min walk into the old town and right in front of the beach . It's part of a hotel so you go through the hotel front door to get to it . The apartment was as described. We didn't really use the very small kitchette much but it would benefit from a tea towel. The bath towels were too small in our opinion. The TV needs an upgrade it barely worked due to dropping signal as the weather was bad whilst there . This was inconvenient as you don't want to be out all day and night every day , they need to replace with a smart TV.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your kind feedback. we will take a note of it Property Owner

  • "The apartment location was good."

Well maintained. We knew it had a kitchenette and not a full kitchen so we were happy with that set up and catered accordingly. Egg cups would be a good addition. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Nice to have access to garden space. TV signal was a little unpredictable at times. Personal taste : would be for less artificial flowers in the property and garden area. Good helpful and welcoming host, she dealt with an issue with bathroom door lock very well.. Overall it ticked the boxes for us. Thankypu.

  • "Incredibly good value for a two-person flat for the whole week."

A great base to explore Thanet and beyond (it's even close to a stop on the Thanet bus loop), and it's only a two-minute walk to the cliff top. The only slight drawback is that most of the more up-market restaurants in Margate are three-quarters of a mile away, down a fairly steep hill, so may not suit someone with limited mobility. And one little gem in the less salubrious Cliftonville end of Margate: Spice Delight, a kind of Mongolian/Chinese/South Asian crossover, recently started up, is not to be missed. Walk to the top of neighbouring Dalby Square, turn left into Northdown Road, and it's there on the right.
