Handy for all facilities (restaurants, pubs etc). Ideal for coastal walks. Also the owners were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

  • "A superb place."

Very family friendly and everyone is respectful (no loud noises!). The pool is excellent and you can book two sessions a day. Deal has excellent facilities (good supermarkets etc). Great location. The only thing I would mention is if you’re going in the very hot months the top floor of the chalets are like ovens, even with the window open. Otherwise, a super place for hols.

  • "Only flaw to an excellent visit was the Booking."

Com experience with being advised re keys for access on the day. I didn't receive pre-notification and farcical, conflicting responses (over a number of days) when I tried to contact Booking.com. On the actual day, it ended up them telling me to contact the owner directly for the keysafe pin !!

The stairgate however could better be removed when not needed by guests without little children.
