"The Old Dairy Cottage was exceptional."
Everything was very clean and high quality fixtures and fittings. The owners were very friendly and made our stay nice, a real home from home with a lovely welcome pack. Many interesting places to visit close by. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage to anyone.

"A lovely comfortable holiday home."
The only thing I would make a negative comment about is that the internet became very weak half way through our weeks stay. Apart from that minor issue, I would thoroughly recommend the Old dairy Cottage. Brilliant location to visit NT properties and Hampton Court Palace all within an hours drive. The Eagle Heights Wildlife Centre did an amazing Bird flight Display and has some other well kept animals and only a 10 minute drive away.

Surrounded by rolling farmland in the Kent Downs AONB, within the hamlet of Maplescombe near Farningham is this inviting, flint-walled abode, The Old Dairy Cottage.
Boasting an attractive interior over the first floor, with shared use of the owner’s tennis courts and the Kent countryside on its doorstep, The Old Dairy Cottage is a magnificent escape for a family or two couples.
Park up in the off-road parking spaces and step into your new home-from-home.
The open-plan living space invites you to settle down, featuring two plush sofas positioned in front of the woodburning stove and TV, perfect for an evening of watching films.
The kitchen features a selection of appliances, so you can dust off those cooking books and conjure up a delicious dinner, or perhaps a family favourite from home.
Spend balmy evenings from the garden furniture or challenge each other to a game of tennis on the shared court.
Freshen up in the shower room before retreating to the bedrooms to catch your rest, including a super-king-size and a twin, both with neutral tones.
Nearby, the beautiful village of Farningham welcomes visitors, with local pubs and an Indian restaurant, giving you options for when you just don’t feel like cooking.
The heritage village of Otford is also within reach, known for its picture-perfect architecture and prime position on the River Darent.
You can stock up on your daily newspaper and any essentials at the newsagent in the quaint village and civil parish of Eynsford, also home to a handful of pubs, but for supermarkets, you may want to pop into the town of Sevenoaks.
The town has plenty to see, and a range of amenities, as well as hosting one of many commuter lines straight to London in the area, making for the ideal day out.
If you prefer something quieter, you can find an abundance of walks and cycling paths in the area, including one cycling route straight down Maplescombe Lane, allowing you to make the most of your idyllic surroundings.
The Old Dairy Cottage has it all.
