  • "Information about check out date would be useful as we were unsure what to do about rubbish disposal etc."

We would have liked more kitchen equipment eg grater, potato masher, small sharp knife. Towels had not been left at the property but that was sorted fairly quickly. The property was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

  • "It would have been helpful to have information on how to use the TV, oven and microwave."

It was a bit trial and error. But the accommodation was lovely and a great location.

  • "Excellent property, although kitchen equipment could be better."

...although this seems generally the same in all caravans/lodges etc. Check was usual chaos but staff were great. We have no idea what actual site was like as we only used it as a base for staying and were out everyday.

We appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again soon! Property Owner

  • "Staff are great at this holiday park."

The food took a long time coming in the clubhouse but was well worth the wait, absolutely delicious. The platinum caravan was amazing, had everything we needed and just a short walk from the shop, the pool and clubhouse. Nearby beaches are fabulous and nothing is too expensive. We cycled from the park, to the sea front, then to Dymchurch, a beautiful, flat and safe experience that the kids loved.

  • "The lodge was excellent, super clean and in a lovely quiet location on the site."

It was the perfect base for us as a family. We didn't use any facilities on the park. Facilities in the lodge were great, however the park advertises super fast broadband. We bought the package for the week but it didnt work. A member of staff came round to assist us with the issue, however it was just so poor she issued a refund. The biggest disappointment is the reception for wifi, even the TV struggled for normal channels - this was frustrating as we like to relax in the lodge in the evening after a long and busy day.

We appreciate your feedback and of course, this will be taken on board. We are pleased to hear you had a great stay with us and hope to welcome you again in the future. Property Owner
