"A little more information to be provided in the Barn concerning things like heating, programmes available on tv, rubbish disposal and how to leave bedding and towels."
Otherwise it was excellent and the owners were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Stone Barn is a lovely refurbished barn situated on a working farm in the quaint Sussex village of Ticehurst."
A welcome email from Marcus, the host, was most a lovely gesture and helpful directions to the barn. The accommodation was charming. Very relaxing listen to sounds of countryside and sheep in the next door field while soaking up the evening sun. Good central location with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Battle. A Londis just up the road for any supplies. Can recommend the Spice Cottage, an Indian take away, in the high street and the Bull if eating out. I have nothing negative to say about Stone Barn. The barn kitchen does not have a microwave. This did not cause us a problem but it might be something you want to be aware of.

"Charming hosts."
Lovely relaxing location with beautiful outlook but still close to lots of places to visit locally. The barn felt spacious and characterful and we loved sitting in the sunshine looking out to the beautifully maintained grounds whilst still being on a working farm with sheep as neighbours. Perfect place to unwind and recharge our batteries. We would happily return.

"This is a truly lovely property!"
We so enjoyed the peaceful outlook from the outside table. We could walk to a wonderful pub to eat and on footpaths through the surrounding countryside. Beautiful area. The owners are personable, helpful, courteous and thoughtful. Will stay again!

"Fantastic experience."
Really warm hosts and beautiful property both inside and out. Inside the stone barn was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The town center was a short, and picturesque, walk away with great pubs. The perfect easy getaway!

"Barn was spotless & loved the vases of garden flowers in the rooms."
A lovely touch. A tranquil setting overlooking beautifully kept gardens. We had our own little picnic area outside which we were lucky enough to use as weather kind to us. A great location for walking, cycling and visiting national trust properties.
