  • "Ideal location for visiting the south Kent coast."

The apartment is light with nice views from pretty much all windows - stunning sunsets in the late winter/early spring. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Check in was very easy. Hythe is an 8 mile easy round walk along the promenade. Folkestone was an unexpected delight with its Creative Quarter and street art. That was about a 3 mile round walk. Canterbury was an easy drive.

  • "Had a wonderful stay at Greenhills."

Felt at home immediately . The apartment was very well equipped, clean , comfortable and spacious, with lots of lovely touches (welcome pack, lots of books and jigsaws, great tv with Netflix and Prime) The parking was just outside the front door and we always had a space . The pebble beach is great and only a short walk down the hill . Lovely walks in both directions to Folkestone and Hythe. Enjoyed visiting Dover castle and the White Cliffs and had a fun day in Canterbury. To be honest we were sad to leave and loved our first time in Kent .

  • "We have spent a lovely week at the Greenhills apartment with our 2 children."

It is a comfortable and cosy loft apartment with an easy reach of a pebble beach. The views from the loft are amazing. You can walk to some restaurants in Sandgate and also walk to Folkestone town centre via the Coastal Park/Zig Zag path which is very pleasant. I would totally recommend Aspendos in Folkestone for Turkish food by the way. We did not meet the owners, but were greeted with a nice welcome basket.

  • "The flat is in a perfect location - within walking distance of the small town with shops, cafes, pubs and easy promenade walks in opposite directions to both Hythe and Folkestone."

The flat was really lovely. It was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped with home comforts for a relaxing break plus it had amazing sea views. It was also very close to main bus routes. Even the weather was kind to us! The owner was easily accessible, responding almost immediately when we had a small issue with the front door. A permit for parking outside the property was provided and a welcome bonus. Never having been to Kent before, we also visited Dover, Canterbury and over to Whitstable and Herne Bay.

  • "Really interesting property, set in a lovely situation, great views out of every window of the apartment, with close/nearby sea views out of some of the windows, liked being on the top floor."

The apartment was well equipped & there were many interesting pictures & quirky bits & pieces spread around the rooms. It was well located, circa two miles from Folkestone & a relatively short walk from Sandgate town. There were several good restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. It was a great location overall, in that the area was extremely pleasant & there were lots of places of interest to visit without the need of driving too far.

  • "The property was everything we wanted for a quiet relaxing break."

Spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout with everything we needed for our stay available. Importantly, in these troubled times, we felt secure and safe in the flat. It is well situated for walks along the seafront to Hythe and Fokestone. There are also bus stops close by for easy access to the local bus services for trips further afield. All in all an excellent base for a holiday in Kent!

  • "The flat was a good mix of quirky and homely with absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing week."

With only a short stroll to the beach or shops/pubs/food, it was also the perfect base to visit places in the south-east. And the owners were easy to contact and very helpful. All resulting in a lovely week away.

  • "Great apartment in a cottage near H."

    G. Wells' house. Great facilities. A nice, pleasant 25 min walk to Folkestone Harbour, along the sea shore through a wonderful botanical park. If travelling by train, the house is closer to Folkestone West station.
