"They must have a brilliant cleaner; everywhere is spotless."
Good lien and towel. Only downside is the hand basin which is all that is good for - you just can’t wash in it

"Lovely comfortable apartment which was surprisingly spacious."
Every room has a sea view, you can watch the English Channel at its finest, some days like a mill pond others very choppy. I would 100% recommend

It's a very good holiday let. Very clean and well equipped. We love the sea views and the sound of the sea as you fall asleep. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed numerous walks all over the place. Dungeness was particularly good. Tim the owner is helpful and kind without being intrusive. Thank you Tim.

"A well appointed apartment with beautiful sea views."
France is easily seen on a clear day, and the sunrises and sunsets are stunning. Good walking from outside the flat. Buses, eating places, pubs all a couple of minutes walk. We shall return!

Also some good “extras” - beach equipment, iron, hair dryer etc. We arrived late and it was difficult to see and access the key safe; just as well I had a

"Very well equipped cottage with wonderful sea views."
Parking round the corner very easy to access and always found a space. Cottage comfortable and owners very helpful. We were given flexible check in and out times and even sent back a forgotten iPad at no charge to us. Would recommend.

"The property is wonderful and we have visited before."
The owners were very understanding when we requested a refund as scaffolding would be in place over the weekend. Unfortunately Sykes did not get back to us and let us know about this until two days before we were due to go. It was a birthday celebration and the owners kindly rushed back from their holiday, sorted out the flat and were really lovely and welcoming. I did however have to pay again, which I did on the understanding I would soon get a refund back into my account from the original booking. We went on the 25.9.20, it is now 15.10.20 and although the refund is sitting on my booking page it has not been returned to me! I know the owners aren't at fault but having only the ability to phone SYKES to sort this out is a big issue as I cannot wait on a phone line as long as present circumstances require so I think emailing to them to get this sorted would be a really good option in this case Unfortunately not open to anyone. Up until now I have found Sykes really good and this property is fantastic, we will definitely return. I can't fault the owners at all and my birthday weekend was wonderful, even with scaffolding obscuring some of the beautiful views which is a definite reason to visit. It is beautifully laid out and a perfect place to relax and unwind, truly wonderful! It is just a shame SYKES didn't do particularly well when dealing with issues or refunding me money.

"The Eaves is bit quirky, but imaginative use of space, with wonderful views out over the sea front."
Had to be 'aware' of low ceilings??? LOL. Our time there was very restful and reviving. Facilities excellent! A place we might well use again.

"My mother and two young siblings had a great stay at the Eaves."
First of all, the location is amazing, sipping a cup of coffee and looking out at the sea is a lovely way to start the day. The apartment is well-stocked with everything you may require, including take away menus and leaflets about local sights. I loved everything about it. It may, however, not be suitable for really tall folk. :) I bumped my head a couple of times but took care about where I was going after that.

"This 2 bedroom apartment is delightful."
Spectacular sea views It is up several flights of stairs, so only for the able, but nicely designed and well equipped. Would have liked a dishwasher. The bathroom is cleverly designed to fit the eaves space. Very welcoming plus a bottle of wine thank you!
