"Very peaceful location with great garden."
Stylish well-equipped property. Hosts were accessible but not intrusive. Excellent location for easy access to tourist spots. Great value for money.

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage with tranquil surroundings."
The view from the property, at all angles, allows you to see the gorgeous garden of greenery and flowers as well as home to wildlife including playful rabbits, cheeky squirrels and Robins. It has been refurbished beautifully and has touches of vintage furniture giving it such a homely feeling. The free standing bath was inviting and very comfortable for relaxing in after long days of whatever you choose to do! Some days we just enjoyed chilling at the property, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Loved staying here and will definitely stay again! Thank you to the hosts, who were friendly and accommodating, for the added welcome extras too!

"The owners have given a great deal of thought into setting up the property, everything you could possibly want to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible has been provided."
From the relaxing sofas with wonderful views of the garden, to the very comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. A amazing bath tub to soak in. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, managed to visit lots of stately homes whilst there. Would highly recommended this place.

"Cherry Orchard Barn is the best property we have ever stayed in."
Everything you need for a perfect break. The amenities and specification of the equipment is first class. The location is perfect for exploring central Kent. The barn is a credit to its owners, who provided the best welcome pack we have ever received. 10 out of 10 for everything.

"This war our first time staying in Kent and what a beautiful place to stay."
Our hosts were delightful on arrival and made us feel at home. It is conveniently situated near many local attractions. The Farmer's Farm Shop in Teston has lots of local produce for sale which we enjoyed. There are lots of footpaths to explore in the locality. We had a trip into London during our stay and Wateringbury railway station had plenty of parking during the week and it's free! Cherry Orchard Farm is certainly a place we would come back to for a holiday. Many thanks.

"This short break was a very last minute booking and was perfect for us."
Everything was just right.

"A wonderful property."
We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property contained everything we needed whilst we were there. The views of the garden from inside the house were stunning and it was a joy to watch the wildlife each morning and evening. There are many National Trust properties fairly close by and we also caught the train from Wateringbury Station (car park was free), changing at Paddock Wood for our ongoing visit to Canterbury. A ten minute walk from the station to the cathedral. We were out and about everyday as there was so much we wanted to see. However, you could just totally relax and stay in the beautiful house and take walks or chill in the grounds surrounding it. I don’t think we’ve ever been left the amount of essential items that awaited us on our arrival, including a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge. Thank you so much.

Relaxing and cosy stay with everything you need. Owners very welcoming but affording you total privacy. Would certainly like to stay again.

"Beautiful cottage set in lovely woodland and gardens which are teeming with wildlife, rabbits, squirrels, foxes, lots of different birds."
Tastefully furnished and decorated making this a relaxing, comfortable retreat. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive, always on hand if needed. All in all a relaxing tranquil haven set in a lovely part of Kent.

"Beautifully appointed conversion of high quality."
The grounds are exceptional with plenty of space to wander in the secret woods. Looking out over the garden that teems with wildlife is relaxing and an antidote to TV watching. A quiet rural location that is so handy for several National Trust properties. A super welcome by friendly hosts that are on hand if you need anything. A cooks eye over the kitchen equipment and consumables would round this off as a perfect place to stay and enjoy the wonderful produce of the region.

"From the owners welcome onwards, everything about this cottage was five star, the facilities, the cleanliness, the garden and the location."
We would definitely visit again.

"A wonderful comfortable oasis set in 7 acres."

"What a beautiful place to stay, very cosy and comfortable from the moment you step through the door."
The barn conversion has been completed to a very good spec. The small touches of fresh flowers in each room and the arrival pack with bread, milk butter and a bottle of wine all go along way after travelling 4hr to get to the accommodation. The gardens is outstanding with the orchard to walk around also. Plenty of wildlife ventures into the garden which is also very entertaining watching the squirrels chasing the birds, the rabbits are also frequent visitors and we had a fox stroll through one afternoon. Had a walk into the orchard after tea one night to look at the fern garden the owner had planted and even got to see a badger. Words just can not explain enough for how well the property is delivered or how much you can love a place from home. Thank you for the fresh picked raspberries and will definitely look to come back.

"A very relaxing, peaceful holiday."
The accommodation was lovely, well equipped and clean. The garden is stunning with rabbits and squirrels running around and the sound of birds singing, it was just what we needed, we didn't want to leave. Fumiko and Trevor were perfect hosts, available if required. During our stay there was a burst water main in the area, which was out of their control, Trevor immediately went and bought water for us and made sure we were ok. We would happily recommend to family and friends and would return.
