  • "Beautifully appointed property with everything you need and more!"

The comforts of home but with the feeling of luxury a high quality hotel would give you. Second stay but definitely not the last!

  • "We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful apartment, thank you so much Sandy & Peter."

The apartment was spectacular. The bedrooms suited us perfectly as there was a double bed rather than singles in the 2nd bedroom. This 2nd bedroom is not spacious but as we don't share a bedroom, it mean't that we both had a big bed! As we stayed for 2 weeks, an addition might have been a small freezer (although to be honest, I think most guests eat out more than us!). It did mean we had to plan meals/ shopping aware of the space in the refridgerator. We shall return, too good not to come again!

The little garden was a gorgeous space to sit it, peaceful and tranquil apart from birds song. We loved it here and would absolutely love to return one day. The coast from Broadstairs to Ramsgate is our favourite and we did plenty of walking, ever grateful to the good weather we were fortunate to have.

Within walking distance of Worth Marshes giving excellent views of the birds in the reed beds and pools. What we saw and heard included two hobbies flying all around us, avocets on the pools and flying over us, buzzard, little egrets, little grebe, reed bunting, tufted duck, teal, wigeon with reed warblers, whitethroats and cettis warblers singing in the reed beds and bushes plus lots more.

  • "This apartment is quite stunning."

Recently remodelled and luxuriously appointed with absolutely everything you will ever need on holiday. There is a pleasant outdoor private patio area with relaxing leisure seating situated within a mature garden setting. Worth is a quintessential quiet English village (no through traffic) just off the Deal to Sandwich Road and is ideal for visits to the North & East Kent coasts and local rural walks. The apartment is located right in the centre of the village adjacent to the Church (with chimes) the village pond, war memorial & village infants school. There are 2 pubs within staggering distance (one currently closed for refurbishment). In all a perfect holiday location … weather permitting!

It has been finished to a very high standard. It was very clean, and very comfortable. We made good use of the decking area in the garden, and enjoyed listening to the birds. We enjoyed a drink in the local pub , which is a minutes walk away. There are so many places to visit., Sandwich being the closest, but all the places that we visited were on average only half an hours drive away. We made use of the Park and Ride when going to Canterbury. Sandy and Peter left us some milk, farm eggs ( lovely),and a few other items to get us started. A nice touch. Would love to return sometime.

We really appreciate the basket of ‘goodies’ and the milk that were waiting for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very stylish. The secluded garden was an absolute delight. The St Crispin Inn, which is just 100yds away, served lovely food and the staff were extremely friendly. We enjoyed exploring Deal, Sandwich, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Broadstairs and Canterbury as well as relaxing in the apartment and garden. We enjoyed a wonderful week at Solly Farm House Apartment and would recommend it to anyone.

All self contained and fitted out to the highest spec. We were kindly shown around the property by the owner and then left to enjoy the property which we fully enjoyed for the peace and quiet. Can’t recommend the property enough with thr addition of off street parking right outside the front door. Location is ideal for exploring the south east and benefits from 2 pubs both within 2 minutes walk and a steady 20min stroll into Sandwich.

  • "First off, we absolutely loved everything about Solley Farm House and this property is now our benchmark for any further holiday bookings we will make and will look to revisit again and again."

An immaculately presented property with quality furnishings, fittings, appliances (no microwave ...although we didn't need one) and tech items. A greeting and walk-through of the property on arrival by the owners was most welcome and a well thought-out personal touch. Driveway parking outside the front door and the enclosed garden with a deck, table, chairs and sun-chairs really made this a super-convenient home from home. There's a Pub with food and another restaurant in this small, quiet village...again, adding to the convenience. There's a tarmac Public Footpath from the side of the Pub which is a flat, easy stroll of about 1.5m each way into Sandwich with it's many Pubs, eateries and shops. You could also make this into a 10k circular walk, taking in Sandwich Bay and the views to Ramsgate and across Royal St. Georges Golf Course. There's a walking guide in with the many books and local information provided in the property. Thanks again to Peter and Sandy for a memorable holiday in an excellent property.
