"A beautiful cottage that has everything that you need for a weekend away and is so close to the town."
Very clean and lots of plates etc in the cupboards so was very homely. The only negative is that the shower doesn't drain very well and the shower tray is very shallow so during our showers we had to keep turning the water off to allow the tray to drain before starting it up again so that the water didn't overflow. Other than that I would recommend this cottage for a break in one of my favourite places to visit.

"We loved our stay and the cottage was absolutely perfect."
My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 year old son and we had a wonderful time. The facilities were great, the cottage was beautifully clean and we absolutely loved the little tips and tricks of where to visit and eat etc. We thought the hosts were thoughtful and made the checking in and out process easy and stress- free. The location was perfect too and so we would thoroughly recommend this for any groups of people who are looking to explore the beautiful Lake District. Thanks so much for having us, you will certainly be seeing us again!

"Very good accommodation."
The only issue was the internet/wi-fi which was between extremely slow and non-existent. Other than that an excellent location for our walks.
We are so sorry to hear you had problems with the internet, it is normally both fast and very reliable. Coincidentally, we had an error message from our Hive Heating (you may have received the email from me asking if I could come round on the Monday lunchtime to try and fix). All I can think is that the router was knocked somehow before your stay which stopped the internet from working properly. When you left we asked the cleaners to have a look at the router connection and it seems to work now. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience- we hope it didn’t impact your stay too much. Should you wish to stay at Cobble Cottage in the future please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a 10% discount. Property Owner
