  • "Fabulous logde, warm, cosy and beautiful views."

Tea, coffee and plum bread a lovely treat. Lovely to sit out on the balcony to watch the birds and pheasants round the feeders. Lovely garden although not enclosed as advertised, but safe if you go out and supervise your dogs.my two dogs loved it. My only downside was although the shower was big with plenty of hot water it could do with being a power shower so after a fabulous day of hiking you can have a rewarding shower. But I have to say that’s the only thing I would improve. Marie, keep doing what you are doing is fantastic. We will be back!!!! Thank you

Boasting off-road parking, a lush, lawned garden, and a tastefully-presented, open-plan living space, this delightful lodge welcomes a family of four or a group of sharing friends who are seeking a refreshing, self-catered escape to the heart of the Lake District National Park.

Once you've parked up and unpacked your belongings, make yourself comfortable in your lovely new home-from-home, by getting to work in the fully-equipped corner kitchen, where the chosen chef will find all the appliances they'll need to rustle up a delicious, home-cooked meal.

Savour your dinners as a group around the dining table, or head outside into the pristine garden to enjoy some alfresco dining on the garden furniture when the sun is shining overhead.

In the evenings, gather in the plush sitting room and stick a film on the Smart TV as you're kept warm and toasty by an electric, log-effect fire.

When sleep finally calls, rejuvenate with a long, hot shower before you finally hunker down for a much-needed rest in one of the two inviting bedrooms.

If you can tear yourself away from your fabulous base, head out to explore the very best of what Keswick has to offer.

Head out on foot into the town where you can stock up on supplies at Booths supermarket, settle down for a traditional pub lunch at the Dog & Gun, before taking a walk through the serene setting of Hope Park.

You'll never run out of things to do in Keswick, with regular performances at the Theatre by the Lake, The Lake District Wildlife Park, The Puzzling Place, and the Keswick Museum offering visitors days’ worth of enjoyment.
