"Brilliant quiet place especially with my dogs who can be noisy around other dogs."
We could just let them roam while we chilled. Central for all the surrounding areas which we visited would definitely recommend.
-
"Great location for exploring the North Western fells."
We had a great week despite the awful rain and wind. Our little boy loved the farm animals.

"We had a lovely relaxing week in the caravan."
Very tranquil setting with 180 degree far reaching views of the countryside and fells. It was really quite close to the North lakes also. We would definitely use it again, possibly in winter for the views.

"Lovely Family on the farm."
Great area, lovely farm animals and fish. Owner happy for us to look at the other holiday let's which were just as lovely. One of dining room chairs collapsed when we had our first meal with my grandson on but it was immediately replaced. Shame there wasn't more toilet rolls and bin liners and cleaning materials, however I didn't ask for more so perhaps they would have supplied if I had asked? Other than that, fabulous setting, lush little fishing lake, beautiful views and mist of all, quiet.

"Just back home from a lovely stay here."
Met Bill the farmer, Ben and Bob the dogs and Mathew the grandson. Lovely people, very friendly dogs. Beautiful place and views. The only down fall need a bigger TV and toaster as the crumpets got stuck in the toaster then tripped the electric. Comfy beds, everything was there that was needed. Helpful owners and very friendly
