"I did report that the radiators in the top bedroom & shower room were not warming up."
The shower room never warmed up but if the wall thermometer in the lounge was raised to 22c then the top bedroom radiator began to warm up the bottom 3rd. Otherwise this is a beautiful, clean, well appointed house. The beds are very comfortable with lovely cotton bedding and fluffy quilts. I would highly recommend this house for rental.
Hi, Thanks for the feedback I have requested Sykes maintenance to bleed the rads for air which should resolve it I’m glad you enjoyed your stay Property Owner

"Castle Crag is a wonderfully comfortable base for a holiday in the Lake District."
The amenities of Keswick are close by and there are many walking routes to explore, straight from the door. The house is very well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay and the utility room was handy for our outdoor clothes and shoes. Having a parking space was a bonus, as on street parking in the area is very busy most of the time.
So very happy you enjoyed your stay Property Owner

"Really well presented and clean property."
Very convenient access to the centre of Keswick, but also easy to get out of Keswick too. The parking area was a real bonus, particularly at the weekends when the area fills up due to all the guest houses. The area is really quiet. Didn't find the stairs too steep, I had my elderly mum with me and although she couldn't go up and down the stairs very frequently, she could manage them, but the downstairs toilet was a bonus for her. Would definitely book here again if we come back.

"Battery needs replacing 1st floor smoke alarm."
Low pressure warning on boiler. Ensuite shower too cold.
Hi, The feedback has been passed back to Lake Lovers to change the battery and to manually top up the boiler. Through the summer period and continual use it is hard to gain access for these smaller bits. Your advice is very welcomed to ensure an enjoyable stay for future guests. These little bits were all done on change over so thanks Property Owner

"Shower in en suite could have been cleaner."
Great that we could have extra travel cot and highchair but a bit annoying we had to collect and return them from the office. With the parking in Keswick it entailed a walk carrying both. Would have been easier for the staff to leave them at property.
Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the cleanliness of the shower, I have passed the comments onto the housekeeping team. Not all of our properties have the facility to provide a cot/highchair due to not having space to store in the property whilst not being in use, for this reason we keep spares in the office that guests can borrow however unfortunately we do not have the facility to provide a delivery service. - The owner relations team Property Owner
