Ennerdale Lodge is a delightful, wooden lodge settled into the countryside park of Burnside Park, near Keswick, ideal for a family or group of friends looking to explore the many wonders of Cumbria.
Park off-road and make your way into this lovely property, with pine walls and furniture throughout to add a traditional lodge feel.
Find an open-plan living space offering an amply fitted kitchen where guests can cook up a storm, and a dining space for hearty meals.
After a day of exploring, settle into the sitting area for a movie marathon beside the glowing electric fire.
With views across the park, make the most of the elevated enclosed decking, a wonderful spot for enjoying a glass of your favourite beverage in the evening sunshine.

Burnside Park rests on the outskirts of Keswick, with access to the many amenities and attractions of the area, including Keswick Extreme watersports and climbing activities, walks beside the River Greta, a local museum and golf course.
The town also offers many tasty eateries, pubs, and independent shops to be browsed at our leisure, including a renowned pizzeria, as well as convenience stores for all of your holiday essentials.
Derwentwater is close by, offering watersports activities, walks along the lake, through the countryside and past sites such as Friars Crag, the Theatre By The Lake and Bleaberry Falls.
There are many fantastic walks throughout the countryside, including Whinlatter Forest, Grisdale Pike, Dale Head, Scafell Pike and Helvellyn, as well as historic sites including Castlerigg Stone Circle.
Many more lakes can be explored, with options including Bassenthwaite Lake National Nature Reserve and Ullswater, offering a variety of facilities for guests.

The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.
