  • "Excellent location."

Very comfortable and well equipped . We have every intention of coming back.

  • "My wife & I had a delightful week in this excellent accomodation."

The property is very well presented, & contains 2 very comfortable beds, a high spec kitchen, & a restful lounge, as well as a very nice shower room/toilet. It is superbly situated with very easy access to the town centre, whilst remaining relatively undisturbed by the tourist traffic, & a short wander across to Fitz park. We have loved being here, & heartily recommend it to all.

  • "Really lovely property central to Keswick."

Just what we needed. Easy to keep clean as we had a furry friend with us. Owner was very friendly and contactable if needed but in no way intrusive. Added bonus of a parking space. Will definitely return.

Large, private secure garden ideal for our two dogs. Parking space for the car next to the garden entrance....perfect. Standard of fitting and decor of the highest. Owner very kind and helpful. Not the cheapest but great value. You won't regret booking here.

  • "This is a fabulous cottage in a great location, especially with dogs… being across from the park and an enclosed garden is just perfect!"

Decorated beautifully, amazingly comfortable beds and good facilities, we will be booking again! It would be amazing if there was a washer / dryer though, particularly when walking lots!

  • "This is our second stay at Pippin Cottage and again we had a lolvey holiday."

The cottage is the perfect location for everything especially the park across the road for our cockerpoo Molly. My only criticism was the bike shed as last year we realised we could bring our bikes only for it to be full of stuff when we got there so we were unable to use it ,apart from that it was perfect.

It was ideal being so close to the park, and only a few minutes from the centre of town. The cottage facilities were excellent and we will definitely be back.

It a beautiful, well kept, very comfortable cottage, many positives for this cottage absolutely no negatives can be said about our stay. It is extremely tastefully decorated and has everything you would possible need. It is in an ideal position opposite a lovely park which has such a lot of amenities, excellent for any furry friends you have accompanying you on holiday. Your a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick to all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and much more. The lake and outside theatre was only 10 minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

  • "We loved our stay in Pippin Cottage."

The cottage was tastefully decorated and it felt like it was loved and cared for. It was very clean and it was great to find the cupboards stocked with helpful items like clingfilm and kitchen foil for picnics. The location was ideal, across the road from the beautiful Fitz Park and a couple of minutes' walk into town. Keswick itself is an amazing place with so much to do from the cottage doorstop. We never used the car during our week. I would highly recommend Pippin Cottage and we'd definitely return.

  • "Great cottage in a great location."

Fantastic furnishings and everything you could possibly need. Great shower that works as good as it looks - that's rare in Keswick! As is having your own private parking, although when other cars parked nearby, maneuvering in and out can be a bit tricky, but not impossible. Lovely host too, there if needed, but not imposing.

  • "A lovely cottage in an excellent location."

Unfortunately we found the chairs in the lounge to be very uncomfortable, especially the sofa. The outside patio area was very untidy with leaves and weeds everywhere, and we could not eat outside as the patio table was very dirty. Although we love the area we will not return to this cottage as the prices have rocketed for 2022!

  • "Pippin Cottage is in a great location, the cottage is clean and well kept."

We had a very enjoyable stay but we did find the sofa and chairs uncomfortable but that is probably personal preference. A great place to stay especially if you have a dog has the park is opposite the cottage and our dog loved it. Pippin Cottage is a credit to its owner.
