Cannot fault it . Lovely welcome pack , please don't change a thing .

  • "Hi There, We loved this place and will return, it was a last minute booking for my wife and I as we had our cottage cancelled on the same day as we booked with you, It was lucky you had this date free."

The apartment was spotless , we always say when we go away the place has to be at least as comfortable as our home and No1 Riverside did exactly this. Thank you for also suppling the milk/ teabags and the lovely Plum Bread and Jam. Mmmmm , we both put weight on ;) The sheets on the bed, towels were lovely x The location to Keswick and parking made the stay easy and more fullfiling. We loved the sound of the river both in the morning and when going to bed, wonderful. x No negatives just a couple of small maintenance issues. 1. The electric fire in the lounge, the fan makes a real noise, it would be lovely to have it on, not for the heat but the glowing log effect, it would be great if you can sort this. 2. I had to bleed the radiators and top the bolier pressure up to get the heating working again, I did not bother you with this as its something I can do, good to keep an eye on this .. 3. The standard lamp fitting is broken , easy fix. We will definitely visit again , we both said we could live in the apartment so if you ever think of selling ? x x ;) Lots of love and well done on supplying a great product and service. Slight disappointment that the standard lamp near the dining table had no bulb in it & therefore didn’t work. Maybe us but we couldn’t get the light to work on the cooker extractor hood either.

The kitchen tap has a constant drip / dribble, which is very annoying when sat in the lounge area at night. 2. The boiler makes a constant humming noise when on. 3 the radiator by the cooker needs to be bleed to release the air, when the heating is on there was a constant gurgling of water through the radiator - again very annoying when sat in the lounge. Also the kitchen lacks in cooking utensils - wooden spoon / spatula. The cooker hood filter needs cleaning, as when you use it has zero effect any the apartment becomes over whelmed with cooking fumes

Such a lovely setting with views of the river and fells especially when the leaves have fallen. The decor and some furniture had changed this time and were a delight, such comfortable settees and pictures relevant to the area. Pleasing welcoming touches too. I like it so much that I have already booked to return yet again.

  • "Fantastic location riverside."

Something happening in Fitz park everyday. Perfect for elderly and dog. The ability to walk into Keswick was outstanding. The aesthetics of the apartment were beautiful and high quality. Settee looked stunning but lacked comfort, however the position was perfect. Unfortunately it really wasn’t clean. Floors filthy and sticky. No mop. Had to clean on hands and knees with a cloth. Appliances in kitchen were dirty especially the fridge. Rang management to report all shelves in fridge door were broken and towel radiator did not work in family bathroom. Conclusion of this call was access to store cupboard for bin liners which were not supplied ?? But overall I felt management thought I was wasting their time. They Advised someone would come on Tuesday to measure up for new shelves in fridge and have a look at radiator. No evidence this happened. The light/torch in hallway did not work. Table in lounge very loose, and lacked clear heating instructions. Overall we loved the apartment, parking place and convenience of all amenities were fantastic.

The issues with this one, was freezing cold front bedroom and very creaky bedroom door! There was also nowhere to keep folded clothes in back bedroom, so we used both rooms. Hot water doesn’t come through for ages but once we worked this out, we were fine with that. Standards are very high and it was a superb holiday. Thank you.

Spacious, well equipped but above all, a fantastic location. Close to town centre and Fitz Park, this for quick dog walk before tackling the fells! We have stayed in many self catering properties over the years but this was one of the best. Only negatives, one of the bedrooms smelt of dogs and was quite unpleasant. Mop and bucket would have been useful for the beautiful white tiles floor.
