  • "We love these apartments, and have visited on many occasions over the years."

This was our first time in number 3 however, and it was great to experience such a lovely refurbishment. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and this meant that the views from the property were even more stunning! A great base from which to explore the Lake District!

  • "Our first time in Keswick."

A great apartment right next to the river and park with town centre on the doorstep. Really pleased with apartment. It had everything we could need for a two week stay and we hope to return in the future.

We have stayed there 8 years in a row. That speaks for itself

Our only issue was the tv wouldn’t work but the owner sorted it out the following day.

  • "The cottage was clean and bright and generally very comfortable, with good cooking facilities for self-catering."

It is in a great location for accessing the town centre and also for hiking, with a number of good hikes accessible from the apartment. The parking is tight but OK once you get used to it.

  • "I can’t fault the apartment!"

Beautiful. Clean. Excellent location. A two minute walk to the centre of Keswick. Such a peaceful and calming view. All kitchen equipment was simple to use, very clean, and we enjoyed eating the gifted local produce. The shower was a dream. Bathroom excellent. It was very easy to settle into this apartment and relax. We had two concerns initially that others may be interested in. 1) the visiting family in the apartment above had parked incorrectly. There is a map/sign on the wall that explains the parking. Easily rectified. 2) The family above were quite loud and we were concerned of noise travelling through the ceiling. No problem at all. We will certainly be returning!

  • "We have stayed at Riverside Park in no 1 and 5 but mostly in no 3."

Since our stay last year in 3, the apartment had been beautifully refurbished. The decor and new furniture really enhanced the place. Its floorplan is ideal and the open living area makes it a very relaxing homely apartment. I often say I could live there permanently! The apartment is so central to Keswick on a quiet one way lane, sited right by the river Greta overlooking the park on the opposite bank, so whatever the weather there is always something to keep you entertained, inside or out. I must say it is always clean, fresh and tidy when we arrive each time. And a joy to spend a weeks stay. Lis

Historically reluctant to book this one as pictures looked dark with previous decor. Definitely not the case now!

Almost unique in Keswick as it has private parking. The apartment was immaculately clean, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. We are looking forward to returning.

  • "Everything as expected - we have stayed at the Riverside Apartments several times."

Not the cheapest accommodation but well-appointed and a convenient base for Northern Lakes. One very minor suggestion - offer a sheet as an option on the beds as well as a thick duvet cover as the latter (all or nothing) is not ideal when the temperature doesn't drop below 20' at night.

  • "Great little property."

Could do with a loo brush in the en suite. We did unfortunately had to de-frost the freezer as the top draw would not open. But will be back next year.

  • "We have stayed in Riverside Park 3 on a number of occasions and it is our destination of choice when we visit the Lake District."

The apartment is maintained to a very high standard, is very comfortable and has an excellent range of appliances. It is ideally located to access the facilities of Keswick town centre, being only a few minutes walk away and the view from the rear of the apartment overlooking the River Greta, with Fitz Park beyond, is beautiful. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

  • "Excellent place to stay as always."

Ideal for walks, shops and brewery on doorstep. It is our little bolt hole from home. Lovely touch a pod coffee machine only problem being we were unable to find pods in any local stores. There must have been a previous incident with the frying pans which meant we were unable to cook with it - bought our own! Hope you keep on top of breakages and wear and tear to maintain standards. Flush on main bathroom toilet needs looking at, lock on kitchen window needs replacing as unable to open, might just be a key replacement. Layout changed since last visit to the better. Looking forward to our return visit in December.

Only gripe is the 10 am check out time, as you can't check in till 4 a later checkout would be better, to allow more time. We actually stayed until past 11 and even then no one had turned up.

Convenient, comfortable and great for watching the world in the park enfold. I would suggest updating the photos to show the table and chairs and the removal of the breakfast bar. Overall a good relaxing holiday

  • "The property was very clean and in the main very comfortable."

The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could think off. Our only criticism was the dinning furniture/breakfast bar. The chairs were very hard and uncomfortable to sit on whilst eating meals. There was also a chair missing. Luckily there was only two of us but the accomodation does sleep four. So there should have been four chairs not three. A proper dinning table and chairs would be far better in our opinion.

  • "The apartment had most of things we needed, it was very comfortable and the Christmas tree was an unexpected bonus."

The settee in the living room was a little uncomfortable tipping forward if two people went stand at the same time. Coffee machine fab idea if only we could get the coffee pods that would have been great. Previous occupants had obviously damaged the glass cafeteria as when we filled it coffee ran out of bottom when we looked it appeared to have been glued. These are two tiny things which in the big picture didn’t affect our stay we will be booking number 3 again as long as prices don’t leap massively. We have been visiting these apartments for a number of years, love the location and apartment this was our first visit in 3 which I have to say is my new favourite.
