  • "What a beautiful place to stay, clean & tidy, everything you needed was catered for."

Comfy beds and very spacious apartment with the added bonus of a games room downstairs - What a treat!

  • "Really enjoyable stay in a very clean and tidy property."

Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Property is quite hard to find due to slightly remote location so I'd advise just contacting the owner for directions as the sat nav will take you the wrong way. Game's room was great fun with darts and pool.

  • "We had an absolutely gorgeous stay."

The only thing I would add is that it would be helpful in the directions to say that you need to drive under the bridge. In the dark it became a bit confusing, because it was an unmarked road and the sat nav told us we had arrived, when we still had another 400 metres or so. It was definitely worth it when we got there!

  • "This was a very relaxing and well appointed accommodation, close enough to walk into the centre of Penrith, but quiet and peaceful too."

It was easy to get around the region to see the lakes and Pennine hills. There are lots of places to eat out on Penrith and the flat's kitchen had pretty much everything you need to self cater. The bed was very comfortable and we had no issues that needed help, but a lovely welcome from Jayne ensured we knew how to get help if needed

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, it means a lot to us when guests enjoy their stay. Hopefully we will see you again in the future, you are more than welcome. Thanks again Jayne (ATH Holdings) Property Owner

  • "Overall excellent."

Just 1 negative. We booked this cottage because of the games room. We had looked at a cheaper property but decided on this one because of the pool table. My husband and son brought their own cues. Unfortunately they were only able to play 1 game as the balls kept getting stuck in the table. Very frustrating. This could do with being looked into if you are advertising a games room. We weren't able to use it.

Hi, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, sorry about the problem with the pool table, if you had contacted us, I’m sure we could have sorted it out. We will look into this, hope it hasn’t put you off any future visits. You will be very welcome. Kind regards Jayne (ATH Holdings) Property Owner

Easy walk into Penrith and nice nature Reserve close by. Good base to see the Lake District from. Games room added bonus. Even though the property feels like it’s surrounded by an industrial estate it’s still a good property.

Its a lovely flat with all good amenities and everything you need. It was like being at home. The cleanliness was excellent. June and jayne were our brilliant hosts and accommodated to all our needs with June bringing more teabags when I needed them. It's family friendly to. My 5 year old grandson loved it. There is even a booklet to inform you of important numbers and local attractions which we thought was a nice touch. Will definitely visit here again.

A really lovely lady who was very helpful, but would of been nice if she could of got the family to park there cars around the other side of their house rather than underneath the bedrooms of where we stayed ,we were on holiday and got woke up very early most days ,also the outlook was a bit industrial which we weren't aware of but the house itself was very comfortable and games room was fab

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay, sorry you had some issues, thank you for bringing it to our attention about the cars, we will contact the agent to update the website explaining the private car park is shared with the host’s family home. Hope this has not put you off a possible return visit. Kind regards Jayne (ATH Holding’s) Property Owner
