"On arrival we found the property to be well presented and extremely clean."
It has modern feel with all the up to date appliances. The views from the kitchen window and veranda were amazing. Everything about this property was perfect but we did find the settee a little hard and uncomfortable, but thats our opinion lol..! It is ideally positioned for easy access to the shops and lakeside…we will certainly stay here again if we venture to the Lake District again..! Otto couldn't help anymore than he did….!

We recently enjoyed a short break at Berkely House and cannot say enough about the attention that has been given to every single detail. The decor is stunning, the furniture so comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need, luxurious bathrooms...and spotlessly clean. The location is great, just being a short walk into Bowness. Great views of the lake too. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Berkeley House is a beautiful and comfortable home in a superb location only a few minutes walk from the lake. Phil and Rebecca’s fabulous attention to detail does not disappoint from the interior layout and positioning of glazing to frame the amazing view to quality furnishings, bedding, towels and toiletries. The outdoor spaces are super too, just needed a little sunshine. They have literally thought of everything. Thank you for the welcome gift too. Hope to be back soon.

"We arrived Friday afternoon and were able to get into the property."
When we got in, everything was as expected as from the photos & descriptions. Everything was of a very high standard and immaculately finished. The beds were very comfortable, everything else was great from fluffy towels and coffee machine. The location was ideal for exploring Bowness as everything was only 10 minutes walk from the back or front doors to the shops bars, and restaurants. All in all great property, great location, great hosts. Myself and the rest of the family (6 adults , 1 dog and a 4 month old baby) all had a fabulous time. And will definitely be back and again thanks Rebecca & Phil.
