"Fabulous location and spotlessly clean."
Four of us were very comfortable but I think it would be tight for six people as the double bedrooms were very small. Could also do with a microwave as others have mentioned. Also no proper direction about recycling was disappointing . However we had a really wonderful stay here, lovely and quiet in the little road. Very much appreciated the kind gestures of a hamper with some goodies and fizz and little Christmas tree with lights in the window! Thank you,

"A very well located cottage, extremely convenient for the Kendal Mountain Festival."
Easy to access with an adjacent parking space. Comfortable beds, although the two double rooms were very small. Well equipped kitchen except for not having a microwave (there was one in the car port so think it may have recently broken). Quite small living area and eating space for 6 people. It would be more suitable as a property for four people. Our main problem was the lack of information provided - no house folder or any instructions about recycling, WiFi etc. Also, not enough toilet rolls!
Dear Mrs Butcher, Thank you for your feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay. There was an oversight on my behalf and the information brochure was not sent to you. We will make sure they are sent out to all guests before arrival. Thanks for the feedback. Property Owner

"The only thing missing in this property was a microwave."
beautifully and immaculately presented throughout ideally situated in the centre of Kendal no need for a car as bus and train stations close by.

"The accommodation is a little gem in the middle of Kendal."
Whether a central base of operations for touring the Lakes or like us a base to visit friends it serves its job well providing a convenient place to go home to. The house is unbelievably silent considering what you would think would be a noisy commercial area, however it was spot on, already recommended to friends and family and look forward to visiting again
Mr. Smith, Thanks for your kind words. We love it here too! It really is very peaceful in the evening, but you have a choice of different restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. We look forward to welcoming you, your friends, and your family in the future. Property Owner

"Property exactly as described."
Bit of a last minute booking with friends and not disappointed. We were the only car in the car port at the time of staying but would be very tight with 2 cars, that said it’s a very quiet close so car could be unpacked a bit before parking. A little tip, get the key before parking! Beds comfortable and property clean and welcoming. Literally the only thing we said we could have done with were a pair of tongs in the kitchen. Lovely and quiet with the town of Kendal right on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again if going away with friends.
Caroline, We are really glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the lovely feedback. We will get some tongs organised for the future and hopefully see you again. Property Owner
