"We had a wonderful holiday staying at Pinegarth."
The view from the front of the house is stunning and the house itself is very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the owner was very friendly. We would recommend staying at Pinegarth to anyone.
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. I'm glad you had a lovely week. Property Owner

"Really enjoyed our stay, it was home from home, Susan & Brian thought of everything we might need and the "welcome pack" was very much appreciated after our long journey."
Beautiful views, comfortable home & the peace & quiet too. Jill's cafe just up the road is well worth a visit at week-ends. We had no issues getting our large car in the gate.
Hi thank you for your kind feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Fiona Property Owner

"We loved the property, everything we needed to enjoy our holiday."
The garden and views were lovely. You need to have lunch at Jill’s just up the road. Good base to see the county, The only downside for us was the gateway to the driveway only 5cm each side of the car, so we parked on the grass verge outside the property.
Thanks for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your week. you certainly were lucky with the weather. We have added a comment about the driveway on the website but as you say there is room for cars at the bottom of the drive. Property Owner

"A lovely detached property in beautiful Northumbrian countryside."
Its very isolated and private (a good thing) with only a couple of nearby properties. Inside the property was very clean and well equipped. A nice quiet private garden with seating for good weather days. A great property for a quiet peaceful break, although Hexham only a short drive away with all facilities - supermarket etc. For history buffs, Hadrians Wall and Vindolanda fort also a short drive away.

"Shower room floor very cold."
Did not find switch for radiator until 4th day. (not obvious, outside room, above the door.)No indication given. Narrow gate entrance turning off road. Lovely welcome pack and views.
Thank you for your feedback. The shower room has a standard tile floor found in most bathrooms so unsure how this could be heated. My number is always provided and I can be contacted any time if there is something you are unable to find. Our driveway is accessible for cars with room to turn round on the drive. There is also space to park off the road at the bottom of the drive for anyone who wishes to leave their car there. Property Owner

"A Beautiful large bungalow, very clean, great views and wildlife."
The only comment I would make is the sofa is not very comfortable . The beds are very comfortable and plenty of room to move around. Would recommend to an anyone, if you like it quiet, and wildlife, it’s for you !
Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay and the wildlife. I'm sorry that you didn't like our settee. I guess it's personal preference. I have managed to snooze on them on may occasions but appreciate your comments. Thanks again Property Owner

"A lovely property in gorgeous countryside."
Well maintained and comfortable. Nice garden, which in warmer weather would be lovely for alfresco meals with lovely views. The owner was quick to deal with a problem we had.

"Pinegarth is a lovely bungalow in a lovely setting, and hopefully we will book this one again."
We did find the main bedroom a bit cold sometimes as the radiator needs flushing (we think) but this didn’t detract at all from our stay. A bin in the kitchen would be useful. Owners were very pleasant and helpful.
Hi. Thank you so much for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. As you may know we are very new to holiday letting and we welcome feedback to help us on our journey. We are looking at the heating in the master bedroom. Unfortunately we had it flushed and this did not help. This room was an extension and we think its something to do with the way the pipes were put in and the distance to the boiler. While we find a solution in the meantime we have added a portable heater and additional throw to make the room cosy. We take the point about the bin in the kitchen. There is one in the utility room but we can easily add an additional one in the kitchen. Thanks again Fiona Property Owner
