"We had a lovely family break."
Andy the host was very helpful from the off, with all relevant information needed for access and important info. The lodge welcomed us with a nice warm and cozy feeling. The lights were on as we were arriving late. Everything was included and easily accessible in the kitchen. Beds were comfy enough. Location is great for access to the lake and the bar. Easily enough parking for two cars. Overall, great time was had and would definitely book again if the chance ever came up.
Dear Craig, Thank you for your kind feedback, we are glad you found everything to your liking. Thank you for leaving the place so spotless too! We hope the opportunity comes up so you can return to white cross bay & hopefully chose Brightwater Lodge again. Property Owner

"Lovely lodge on beautiful Windermere."
Lodge was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of the hot tub. The owner was very helpful and sent a video of how to locate the lodge in advance of our stay. The site itself was quiet (although I expect it would be busier later in the year) and our little dog enjoyed sniffing her way around it. A great base for exploring the Lakes. We had a lovely time.
Dear Maggie, firstly we are glad you enjoyed your time at Brightwater Lodge, thank you for your kind review. Thank you for the constructive suggestions you also left and i’ve already actioned them. We hope to see you again. Property Owner
