"The property was everything we wanted and more, it was clean, warm and comfortable, and quite spacious, the location was perfect for visiting local attractions and Penrith with 2 pubs/hotels in walking distance which serve nice food and dog friendly, what could be better."

12 Eamont Park, is a lovely semi-detached holiday home located in a charming park in on the outskirts of Penrith, in Cumbria.
Within easy reach of the local town, which has a train station and is accessible by car, bus or taxi, and hosting all the appliances you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday, this home is perfect for a family or a couple to explore this scenic area.
Arriving at the property, two off-road parking spaces greet you before making your way through the garden, with a picnic bench, ideal for dining alfresco in the warmer months.
Step inside to find a living/dining room where you can unwind in front of the TV and fire or catch up on the day's events over dinner at the dining table for four.
Moving through the property, happen upon the well-equipped kitchen.
You can also take advantage of the on-site facilities and treat your loved ones to a meal or enjoy a dip in the pool.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed in a dog friendly property. There is a one-off fee associated with bringing dog to this location, payable directly to the Fire Fighters Charity.
Please note the Charity sites allow for a quiet, relaxing stay. We ask that you respect and do not disturb our other guest.
