Clean and well appointed. Close to local amenities in Windermere would definitely stay here again.

"We have a fantastic stay, close to all shops and lovely places to eat."
The cottage was lovely, comfy beds and very clean.kitchen well equiped and of course doggie friendly ! The only draw back, which spoilt our evenings,as the weather was amazing! Was the back yard area.very scruffy..rusty chairs, old wooden table,a large garden box outside back door?? Shrubs overgrown.old bbq rusted and full of water. And a string of lights just thrown on the wall. We understand that as its dog friendly, the back needs to be hosed down.. but really ?

"Great location and house."
We had a great time. Got to take your own toiletries, coffee, milk etc which is a shame but understandable.
Thank you for your feedback. We take all comments on board. As the property is self catering, such items as toiletries, coffee and milk are not always provided. The Lakelovers Owner Relations Team Property Owner

"Really great stay."

"Overall the cottage was as described, however the front room smelt of wet dog and dampness."
Although we had a dog, the weather was warm & dry and our dog did not get wet so the smell was not from us. Not very pleasant. The back yard was untidy & dirty and the chairs were full of bird excrement. We found 9 large nails in the yard, so we did not let our dog go out there and neither did we. The extractor fan did not work on the cooker but as the weather was nice we could leave the back door open.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issue that you experienced with the smell of dog. We will look into the comments raised. We take all comments on board, and we will be looking into them. Thank you- The Lakelovers Owner Relations Team Property Owner
