  • "The Byre is a beautiful property set in delightful surroundings on a working farm ."

It’s finished to a very high standard with everything that you need for a great stay. Lovely garden that looks over open country side and so quiet and peaceful. Information from owner who’s at hand next door at the farm was great with loads of recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Loads to do in the area, Beacon Fell is a must, a walk through the woods with amazing views at the top across to the coast. We will definitely be coming back, we had a great time and would highly recommend it.

  • "Extremely clean, well facilitated and up to date property with everything you may need."

Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend, also great restaurant and shop recommendations in your guide, they were used and went down a treat! Only a few small things - A stair gate option may be good to those bringing dogs, a door mat for the patio doors may be especially useful during rain.
