"A well located cottage."
Elegantly furnished for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The village has a great pub (CAMRA pub of the season while we were there). Located on Hadrian's Cycleway so beautiful cycling. Has a great utility room to store bikes too. 1 mile to a bus route to go to Carlisle or Newcastle so easy to explore local towns for £2 fare. Just some minor tweaks to facilities e.g. extra crockery & a cafetiere would be useful. Thank you for a lovely break, it's on the list to return at some point.
