"We really enjoyed staying at Netherbeck cottage, cosy, comfortable and well equipped, thank you for the wine and chocolates."
-
"We were very impressed with this lovely holiday cottage."
The owners provide a very high standard property. In fact it's the best cottage we've ever stayed in. It's also very well placed for visiting areas close by such as Silverdale, Grange over Sands, Lancaster and the Yorkshire moors.
-
"A vey cosy cottage with really comfortable beds."
A real home from home. Good location with offroad parking a bonus. Carnforth has good transport links to Lancaster, Morecambe and Ulverston. I can definitely recommend a stay in Netherbbeck Cottage.
-
"Absolutely beautiful cottage."
In a good position near to village and walks. Easy access to M6. Cottage was spotless and no short cuts to facilities, equipment, heat etc. The beds were fantastic, beautifully presented. Smart TV was a bonus as was the WiFi which worked perfectly. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of branded equipment and cleaning products. We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage for a peaceful, upmarket stay. Thank you Julie for being an attentive host.

"The Cottage was a cracker, it was clean and well kept, we have stayed in Cottages all over U."
K. and this one has to be in the top three at least. Paradise for walkers and plenty of places to visit, Wensleydale Cheese factory is a must and plenty of welcoming pubs and good food. We'll go back again definitely. Will and Vicki

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Netherbeck Cottage."
It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and was comfortable, cosy and a real home from home. We all agreed that it was the best holiday home we've stayed in, and although we like to vary where we go, it's genuinely a place we would like to return to. Julie was very thoughtful and there were some lovely touches, like the items in the fridge and the tea, coffee and biscuits. We'd never been to the area before, but it's a great location to explore cities, countryside and seaside.

"A lovely comfortable house."
Well equipped and with a very generous welcome package. It's a quiet area but only a short walk to the town with shops, busses and trains. I wouldn't say it's a great walking area from the door, but the trains go in all directions from Carnforth, so a great base for exploring Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cumbria.

"Had a great time time Netherbeck Cottage."
Very clean and comfortable home from home space. The gifts left for our arrival was very much appreciated. Set in a lovely location within easy reach of buses and trains to travel within Lancashire and the Lake District.

"Loved our stay at Netherbeck Cottage."
Very helpful hosts who were unobtrusive, but on hand if you needed them. Cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Secluded and private location, yet easy access to motorway and main roads for exploring the area. Great stay and would certainly recommend.

"We have had a wonderful week’s break staying in Netherbeck Cottage."
Julie was a brilliant host from pre arrival to post departure. The cottage is perfect in every way. We had most generous welcome treats to help us settle in. Netherbeck Cottage is fully equipped for self catering and we ate in several evenings. The rainfall shower was amazing and the bed was very comfotable. Julie had kindly printed off some local bus timetables and we used the bus to visit Morcambe and Lancaster. Carnforth is well situated for day visits out and we enjoyed a circular walk over Dallam Deer Park and to the Fairy Steps at Beetham. We also visited Warton Crag which is close by and has a great little microbrewery pub nearby. We highly recommend a stay at Netherbeck and will most definitely look to return in the future. Thank you Julie for your help, warmth and kindness. Mel and Simon

"Julie and Colin couldn't have made our stay any better."
A beautiful cottage with everything imaginable inside. They left us so many treats and wine, A beautiful Christmas tree and decorations all over the cottage. They really did make our stay so welcoming. We would definitely stay again, this is our second time in Netherbeck and love it every time.

"Fantastic property, one of the best I've stayed in."
Beautifully presented and so well equipped.
-
"Netherbeck Cottage was perfect for our needs, we originate from the area so the convenience of being near family and also within reach of the lakes and dales was perfect for this particular break."
Had we been specifically looking for a lakes or dales break we would probably book something more central to those locations however the accommodation was first class and only 10 > 15 min walk into the centre of Carnforth and also easy access to the canal. We would look to book Netherbeck Cottage again if/when our requirements were the same.

"The cottage was possibly the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in."
Not only that, but it was thoughtfully prepared for visitors with fresh flowers and a good selection of treats and essentials. It was clean and comfortable. The location was good from the point of view of driving round the area to visit local attractions.

"We had a fantastic stay at Netherbeck cottage and would definitely come back in the future for another visit."
The cottage is well looked after and extremely well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the property is full of charm, there really was nothing more we could of asked for in a cottage rental.

"Netherbeck cottage: Well presented, furnished, maintained and delighted by the warm hospitality of the landlady - God bless her & her family."
Good location just off the M6, close to town centre with local amenities. Located in the heart of the Lake District's tourist attractions & walks. Would certainly recommend this cottage to elite friends and family.
