The Carus Green Penthouse is the penthouse suite of four apartments on the edge of the golf course and offer stunning views of the course and the surrounding countryside.
From the parking space the front door opens to a smart communal hallway and stairs lead to the first floor and the entrance to The Penthouse.
The open plan lounge, kitchen/diner is bright and airy and beautifully furnished.
A large corner sofa is arranged in front of the large screen TV with sound bar.
A large family dining room is the ideal spot to gather in the evening over dinner or for family friendly breakfasts.
Head outside through the patio doors and step out onto the terrace balcony with outdoor dining furniture, where you can sit and watch the agonies and ecstasies of the first tee.
On the top floor is the superb master bedroom suite which can be presented with a choice of super king or two adult twin beds, a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC.
Across the landing is a pretty single bedroom.
Back on the 1st floor, there are two further bedrooms, both can be presented with a choice of king size bed or 2’6” twin beds and they are complemented by an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC.

The 18-hole course is designed around the natural watercourses of the rivers Kent, Sprint and Mint and the fells of the Lake District National Park and is a challenging parkland course.

All guests are welcome to use the facilities and preferential rates are available during your stay.
Complementary use of the club house is available to guests and their visitors and the bars and restaurant serve food throughout the day and have fine views across the course.
Located only five 5 minutes from Kendal and only 20 minutes from either the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales you'll find something for everyone.
The Lyth Valley is located to the east of Lake Windermere, overlooked by the famous Lake District walks on Scout Scar and Whitbarrow Scar.
The sheltered valley is famous for its damson orchards, as well as a choice of several acclaimed Lake District country pubs, such as The Punch Bowl at Crosthwaite and the Mason's Arms at Strawberry Bank.
A short walk nearby is the ascent of Gummers How, which offers simply wonderful views of Lake Windermere from the top.
The Cartmel Fell tarns route is also a lovely afternoon walk, starting at Bowland Bridge's historic church.
The popular foodie villages of Cartmel and Kirkby Lonsdale are both within easy reach offering fine local artisan foods and award-winning Michelin starred restaurants.
