• "Arrived at Flat 3 to find it had the best picture window ever!"

  Highlights were watching ships sail by, the amazing sunsets of an evening, the land surfers, planes landing and taking off on the beach. This truly is a gem of a place, a fantastic holiday retreat which is spotlessly clean with lovely, tasteful decor throughout plus everything you could possibly need & more. Our hosts Andy & Julie were the best, there if we needed them & kept us informed with our booking. Knott-End-on-Sea is a lovely clean village with a good range of shops... butchers, bakers, post office, CO-OP, Spar, we can recommend The Bourne Arms for food which is only a 5 minute walk from Sandridge Court with a sunny beer garden, also Mike's Kitchen does a great breakfast & they are so friendly. Also if you don't want to mess up the lovely kitchen in the flat there is a range of takeaways to suit everyone. Whilst there we made the most of the glorious weather in Knott End-on-Sea & enjoyied trips to Morecambe, Blackpool, Lytham St Anne's, Arnside, the Lake District where we visited the car museum & Campbell Bluebird Exhibition finished off with a boat trip from Lakeside to Bowness & back. Lots of golfing too with Knott-End-on-Sea having its own course & some retail therapy at Affinity Lancashire Outlet in Fleetwood. Having the off street parking back at the Flat is a great bonus, knowing you have your own space & your car is safe. We all can't wait to return soon, if our lovely hosts will have us back at their perfect holiday home.

  We enjoyed meeting Julie Anne, John & Josh they were lovely guests. We are delighted they had a great time staying in our top floor apartment, and also enjoying Knott End and their trips to nearby places. A big thank you to them for looking after our apartment and leaving it spotlessly clean and tidy. We recommend them to all other hosts and would welcome them back anytime. Best wishes Andy & Julie. • "Excellent stay."

  The property had everything we needed and more. Outstanding attention to detail from the fully equipped kitchen (including proper Gin Glasses!) to the hooks on the backs of doors and coasters on the bed side tables. These might seem like little things but it is the little things that make a property a real 'home away from home'. The Now TV stick was a bonus and wi fi reliable. Above all else the property was beyond spotlessly clean, had a beautiful smell (I will be getting some of those reed diffusers for home) and the view was just stunning. I woke up early every morning just to sit on the sofa and watch the sun rise. Excellent location: a short drive to Fleetwood and Blackpool and the village has everything you need in walking distance. We had yummy pizzas from Mr G's and fresh bread and pies from the bakery. Andy and Julie are brilliant hosts and the communication before our stay was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

• "Excellent flat, spotless, well finished and thoughtfully equipped."

  A warm welcome. We had good weather and the views over Morecambe Bay were stunning from sunrise to sunset. Knott End is a very quiet place which suited us fine, and the ferry to Fleetwood is great fun.

• "We had a great stay."

  Spacious, comfortable, with amazing views. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped kitchen. The location was also great. It is a small friendly village that has everything you need on the doorstep.

• "A wonderful place to watch birds from, with panoramic views of Morecambe Bay and huge flocks of geese flying overhead to roost on the sands in front of you in the winter."
